- In a recent interview on Tim Pool's show, Lance from The Serfs argued that Pool's show is actually conservative in its framing. Lance pointed to the way that Pool's show often frames guests and issues in a way that is favorable to conservative viewpoints. For example, Pool has often invited on guests who are critical of transgender rights, and he has framed the issue of abortion as a debate between "pro-life" and "pro-choice" rather than a debate about women's rights.
Tim Pool Accuses Lance of @TheSerfTimes Of Assisting In The Sterilization Of Trans People
In a discussion about gender affirming care, Pool accuses Lance of assisting in the sterilization of trans people by being supportive of it. Pool argued that gender affirming care, such as hormone therapy and surgery, is a form of sterilization, and that Lance is therefore complicit in the "genocide" of trans people. Lance responded by saying that it is weird for Pool to be so focused on the genitals of trans people and whether they can reproduce or not. He also pointed out that gender affirming care is a personal decision that should be made by each individual, and that it is not up to Pool or anyone else to decide what is best for them.

Lastly, Pool tries to get Lance to admit that he supports women having abortions up until their full term. Lance refused to answer the question directly, but he did say that he believes women have a right to make their own choices about their bodies, and that elective, full term abortions are extremely rare.

While the term "classical liberal" is a worn-out cliche that can mean pretty much anything, I think it's incredibly fair to state you are a liberal (as it existed circa 2006) who strongly believes in civil liberties and free expression.

It's a rock solid argument too.
It's also objectively correct, because he refused to engage the point. he cited an article, but when the AUTHOR OF THE ARTICLE disagreed with his take on it for multiple fundamental misunderstandings, he bitched about their rebuttal being available on reddit.
He also doesn't understand what a multistudy analysis is. It's peer reviewed, and it draws data from multiple peer reviewed studies, such as the 3 multistudy reviews containing 70-ish articles.
So, yes. He's an idiot. and arguing with his cohort is like arguing with a group of monkeys.
