The 800 light would be a good table top setup. I can see someone designing a 3D printed adapter for a tabletop camera tripod to mount the Devos. Good idea there...After seeing the light at MOORE, maybe I'll try and design something.

A 1/4-20 adapter seems like an obvious thing. Wonder why they didn't just put in the threaded bushing for that? Maybe for now set it in a 12-20oz ceramic mug on the table.
They look very useful. So the bases are NOT interchangeable? That's interesting. I would assume that would have been INCREDIBLY easy to do. Call me cynical. Could it be that they purposefully did that? If so... I hope someone else runs with the idea and makes a better unit. One that also works with a tripod as stated. I think i actually need something like this but now...well... I think i will just come up with my own. Thanks for sharing.
the 1200 can fit on the 800 base but not the other way around as the 800 is slightly narrower.
This is gear related, but not about lights. Where can I source the female to female APP plug for my Jackery 1000? Did you use a different brand name? The plug from our trailer is the same as the plug on our Jackery. The one next to the round one on the top left corner.
