Turned out lovely Doug, Coconut Flour and Almond Flour are both Gluten Free for those who can't handle Gluten..I learned a a lot about gluten free stuff from my brother in law..good stuff Doug!

Just tried your recipe this morning. Perfect instructions, perfect fried chicken. Clean up is a breeze with the air fryer. House doesn't smell greasy, no splatter to clean up. I am definitely a fan. Now for the air fried keto biscuits. Gonna use the same seasoned coconut flour for the air fried okra. My Goodness, what have I gotten myself into?😀🤩

So true Doug. The coconut flour taste like coconut in the bag. I used it with Flaxmeal to make your chicken parmesan. You don't taste even a hint of coconut when you cook it. Great for Keto!

Yeah I'm guessing this didn't work for me cause I used boneless skinless. Also mixed the flour with the seasoning. Still can't get the crust to stick to the chicken worth a damn. I used almond flour and not coconut

Whats the big deal with Avocado oil over EVOO? I buy Pompeian Organic EVOO in pre-filled disposable 5oz spray bottles. BJ's Wholesale sells them in a two-pack for $7. They also sell the same brand and size of Avocado oil in a two pack for $16. There's also Coconut and Almond oil.
