Nice car, I had a 66 as well, but did't have reverse lights or the chrome sills. Loved it, some guy ran into oit and then it was badly fixed and water was doing it's work under the carpets finally sold it, but I miss it, it's a lovely car to drive. Enjoy it, and if it was me I'de keep it as original as possible!

You guys are so rude! It’s almost like rocking up to your friends party and telling him his girl friend isn’t actually blonde and her teeth could have yellow stains from the coffee she drinks….blah blah blah.
Sadly from 2030 on all the combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in EU :-( In Germany the Green party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing petrol stations to only one single state operated station per city. :-(

Before you start thinking about upgrades, take off the sill covers to see what if any rust horrors exist. That will be expensive to resolve correctly!

I have a 69 gt, in the same color, I sought out this color, I hope you reconsider doing a color change, it's not a good return on investment.
