All in less than 10mins, U're a true definition of a Legend in Calisthenics
true
Yup, no legs. The obvious sign on a calisthenics enjoyer
He did burst squashed close to be beginning
It's really awesome to see what a natural body can do after years of training and dedication, without looking like a comic book character thanks to PEDs.
yes 8 years of consistency is so awesome!
With peds you can do even more, but i understand what you mean
@@annazo3742 Yes, with PEDs we can do more, but the metabolism also behaves completely different => which means almost no fat, and WAY more muscle being produced + insane vascularity.
Unfortunately the price to pay for that, is to damage your whole body at a cellular level, and say goodbye to your health.
@@WlerickBigotOfficial wtf i think your comment has been deleted, i only can read from the notification. But yes, i agree with you
@@annazo3742 CZcams glitches like that for me too
10s planche
20s front lever
2x10 one arm pull up (both sides)
30 squats
40 dips
50 pull ups
60 push ups
truly the king of reps
*plyo squats, even more amazing, considering the breaks between exercises
and whats maybe the craziest part imo is that he had pretty much no rest between the exercises
The reps on the other exercises truly amazes me, but 30 plyo squats 😂. Most people I know can do that
@@amhawk8742 Yeah, they're not hard to do on their own, but in the middle of that routine, it's still worth mentioning. Not so much in the term of it being hard, but it's draining your stamina for the following exercises, especially considering the rest time in between the exercises
Have ever heard about Chris Heria, or Andrea Larosa ?
Dude just did my 6 days work out in nine fucking minutes lol I’m ashamed
You can do all those in 6 days?
you can do those?
Come back in 10 years.
I did these in 30 minuites, wasnt easy tho. I cant do the first one lol.
Dont worry bro its not shame, just keep training.
you know you're into calisthenics when you're repping one-arm pullups into unweighted squats.
xDD
But if you would jump high enough would it take effort pretty much equivalent to weighted squats to do and build the same muscles? Idk and I don't think so (ig other muscle tissues work in jumping but not sure), but I really like the idea of calisthenics itself, so if you know some about it, I'd be glad to hear it. I mean, is it possible to gain the same results from cali with your bodyweight only compared to weighted variations?
As I have heard that muscles grow the same if simply the total volume is the same. Tho it is easier to get to with weighted exercises rather than with your weight alone, but it's still possible, and is it true?
At the least, you need a partner or resistance band to do Nordic curls and pull throughs, and some more advanced variation of squat.
@@hussainthebane pistol squats or dragon squats maybe
This guy is actually leaner before, and I've seen him doing Frontlver pull ups and Maltese presses.Planche push ups.
You sure it’s the same dude? I know he could probably do front lever pull ups at one point but he typically struggles at Maltese let alone a press so every when he was leaner he might not have been able to do it. Also a lot of pretty good athletes use this park or parks similar to these in china so it may have been someone else. I dont really know tho and you could be correct
Lodi andito ka pala HAHAHAHHA
His pulling strength is insane. He can destroy front lever pulls up. His planche looks solid would be surprised if he couldn't hold a Maltese.
8:19 the most interesting part, when totally jacked dude in the background - doing assisted dips, even though he can clearly do it without rubber bands
I just started calisthenics 2 months ago, so far I got from barely 1 pull up into 4 pull ups, barely 1 diamond push up into 8 diamond push ups, I wish can be like you 8 years from now
edit: dumbass me thought 3 sets 8 reps of diamond push ups was my maximum, because i struggled doing it DURING my push workouts, but never tried doing it continuosly, 27 reps of diamond push ups, basically i underestimated myself
and about how i could barely do 1, i did barely do 1 diamond push up when i tried it but i was too dumb and did it whilst i was sore, hence me thinking i was weak and pushed myself to my limits.
You got this brother 👑
you can do anything u want in less den 8 years mind over matter never say u cant take inititiative
Keep going champ! You will get there
Checkout Chris Heria. I'm just now finding Noa but Chris Heria is beast too. Breaks everything down for beginners
You will get there brother. May not even take you 8 years!
Hell yeah man! So sick, keep uo the grind 4 sure 🔥🔥💪
I dont know anyone else better at pull ups than this guy from online vids. ( Maybe Max True? ). Absolute machine and endurance king.
Also sucks that he does not know marketing and english ( i think , as he is only on that billibilli website and not yt ) , he can easily earn over 50k a year from his teachings and vids , courses , personal training online etc if he did
You’re right, there are so many people with great talent that can make a lot of money by just learning a little bit of marketing
Search for BTTB, Back to the basics, these guys are i think stronger than this guy. Aske and Kinez are beasts.

Nice work man. 💪👍
here stands (pulls, dips, or anything you can think of) the ultimate goal for us all..
The calesthenics leavers one arm pull up are easier than it looks.... Believe me I was hopeless as a beginner but my training program in now very lenient and I'm still doing something cool from time to time... U'll get there easy
You are big strong bro well played continue 👍

Bro how do you not blow your elbow out doing those one handed pull ups. Respect!
insane
That back and lats holy
Thanks for the motivation. I'm doing calisthenics for about 7 months now. I was doing calisthenics for strength but due to my parents and some relatives calling me thin and telling me to bulk up. I joined gym where I don't have any equipment for calisthenics now. Only have pull up bars eventually i stopped doing calisthenics focused more on growing my muscles. But it's not worth it for me because i want body strength no bulk nothing. Now that i saw your video. Like you have muscles but not fully shredded. Your lats are really big i saw that. Anyway thanks for the video I'm gonna focus on calisthenics more from now on
3 rounds of this with 5-10 minutes rest between each round would be a killer workout!
Bruh this is already a killer workout
تبارك الله ماشاء الله تعالى
2:20, no podia faltar un poco de pierna😉
Sim!!!!
That's crazy
Damn those dips and pull ups were so effortless for him
I wonder how much he can bench
any tips for learning how to do explosive dips like that? besides just doing dips all the time? lol
Resistance band around your neck can probably help you be more explosive. Exploding through the sticking point.
Weighted dips ;) And keep safety and perfect form first
if you overload your body with weights it's too easy
yes weighted dips. however that's not calisthenics anymore lol. up to u how it should be done then

Try wearing palm pads or calisthenics gloves. Or you could try train less intensive and train more frequently.

I really would like to learn Calisthenics but I don'T know where to start after my livertransplantation. I am really weak.
Admin, ese si es usted?🤔ta roca😈
not to meme on calisthenics leg training xD
But everything here is extremely impressive while almost every random dude could do 30 bodyweight squats xD
They weren't regular squats though... His feet came a couple inches off of the ground for each rep.
the only impressive calisthenic version of a squat you can do is pistol squat
@@igoresque all I'm saying is that, sure, it's not especially impressive, but NOT "almost every random dude" could do 30 explosive bodyweight squats that leave the ground on each rep. To be fair, it's not like pushups or dips are particularly impressive movements either...
when he started doing one arm pullups the kids in the back tried to copy him lol
