✂ medium weight chipboard (1.5mm)
✂ designs for panels etc. print on heavy cardstock 160 - 190 gsm (60 - 70lb cover)
✂ black cardstock (220gsm - about 80lb cover)

✂ craft knife (heavy duty, to cut chipboard)

WOW this alice kit is over the top beautiful. I love the move toward papers for albums and other projects. I do a lot of hybrid journals/albums. The tutorial on this box and album is awesome and the directions so clear. Thank you for the tip on the framers tape! I subscribed to your channel.

I made the first album which I will call "the book of mistakes" :-). The first box isn't too bad but the the second box and the next two albums should be much better.

Currently, we are very happy with most Canon printers, especially the ones that print borderless.
Most of them have separate ink cartridges so you only have to change the ones that are empty.
We use the Canon TS8250.
We do not know if it is still available, but it will surely have a newer version by now.
Great project Paul! Can you please tell me what sort of printer you used to print the pages with? I would love to make this as a gift for my daughter-in-law who just loves Alice!

Yes, we do print on cardstock paper. We have to say that it really depends on the printer you've got.
Is there an equivalent brand of Tiger Tape in the US?
