- Around the time General Qamar Javed Bajwa was to hang up his boots as Pakistan army chief last November, a Pakistani investigative journalism platform had claimed that his family had benefitted from his tenure and become billionaires. The report by Fact Focus claimed Bajwa, along with his family, managed to grow their wealth to the tune of 12.7 billion Pakistani Rupees ($47 million).

I have never completely understood why my father's generation who grew up in East Pakistan hated the Pak military so much. Even though just a few decades before they voted for the creation of pakistan.
In the last 1 year ive understood why? The Pakistani Generals and their egos need to be put in their places if Pakistan has any chance of survival. All the best to the Pakistanis who are struggling for a better country.
I have great respect for Bengalis. Many of the prominent people who stood for Islam, the pioneers were Bengalis. Some of them were Late mr.Fazl ul Haq who passed the Lahore resolution, M.M.Alam the great, & many more leaders were from Bangladeshi region.
Jinnah after the formation of Pakistan immediately instructed the military personnels to not to poke their noses in the matters of democracy & national leadership. But right after his demise, they started meddling with the Politics.

There is no accountability system in armed Force of Pakistan. All offices deals with corruption are under command of senior army officer. The could not submit any report without permission of these senior officers.
