1 1/2 pound stew beef
Scallion
Tyme
Tomato
Onion
carrot/potato
Hot pepper
Pimento seed
Bell pepper
Ginger
Fresh garlic
salt(as needed)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder/1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1/4 cup ketchup
1 can butter bean
browning(as needed)
Add 1 cup coconut cream
Cover & Simmer on medium heat
cooking time(45/60 mins)
