2 stalk scallions
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 tomato
1/2 sweet peppers green/red
2 small carrot
1/2 Irish potato
2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 Tsp pimento seed
1 Tbsp ginger
1 onion
🌼Seasoning
1 Tbsp all purpose season
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp maggi cube
2 Tsp complete season/optional
1 to 2 Tsp browning
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brow sugar

Okay it’s just about done. The way it’s tender is to die for, and the brown sugar really brought everything together at the end. I’m going to have it with some rice and fry up some plantain
