The Doublelift Co-Stream Ban Explained
Vložit
- čas přidán 19. 07. 2022
- Last weekend, Doublelift was temporarily banned from co-streaming the LCS.
He said something that Riot really didn’t like - and they issued him his second strike as an official co-streamer.
Let’s talk about what he said, and the drama that’s come since…

Riot is shooting themselves in the foot by not propagating a new younger fan base.
not to mention that league players tell everyone to avoid league.
Riots M.O. when it comes to this is "Cut off your nose to spite our face!"
Have you SEEN their balancing and obsession with skins? Younger fanbase with money is ALL they care about.
Then shooting the other foot by banning doublelift....
Game is done, especially after Tencent took over.
Tyler is right. I feel the worst right now for the casting and intermission crew. They got like nothing to work with. LCS compared to every other region is just 😴😴😴
It's RIOT's fault. The same will happen with Valorant in about 10 years from now :)
If na played for more aggressive and more for early game I know I would watch it more but it’s so boring it’s like 5 total kills at 20 min
Well it's so boring because NA players are amatures compared to other regions
Meteos said that there were never supposed to be costreams for week four and DL was mistaken about it. Costreams for summer 2022 were only supposed to be on super weeks and playoffs. Week four was not a super week. So DL was never actually banned from anything. He simply misunderstood which weeks he could costream this split.
That means that DL will coestream only Playoffs
Lmao what
So wait this is just bad info
@@xgamer560 Yeah if you watch Doublelift clip channel where the video of him explaining his ban he says that he misunderstood and thought this weekend he can't costream which in reality he can't stream the superweek before playoffs
@@thegamehbktaker so people are getting pissed over nothing
What Doublelift said isn't wrong. Everything he said is true. I don't really watch LCS anymore. I just look up the highlights just to see the outcome of the match.
The fact that people would rather tune into LCK from the US and watch the games even with the time difference should say a lot about the LCS.
So having a content creator like Mr.Beast be so open and willing to host these grand tournaments, Riot should jump all over that and keep hoping Mr. Beast promotes LoL.
But then again, maybe this makes too much sense and Riot's track record of doing something sensible isn't that great.
same i just watch highlights but i will watch full matches of lck becasue its so much more intense, in lcs its just looks like a clown festa every game but like one team and it doesnt really give me hope that we will see a lcs worlds win.
Even the LCK is nowhere near as good as it once was. You can't tell me LCK now is comparable to OGN/LCK in 2013, 2014, 2015. Numbers might have gone up, but entertainment has taken a nose dive.
I absolutely hate regular season style formats for e-sports. I know Riot is obsessed with owning every part of the e-sports operations but League needs 3rd party tournaments back. Nobody really wants to watch teams coast play 2 games every weekend or whatever just to get through the regular season. The only entertaining part of the year is Worlds and its just a waiting game to see the end of the regular season after. There's almost NOTHING for a good part of the year because of the regular season format. It would be amazing to see a mid-season major or two under IEM, starladder or beyond the summit playing for a prize pool.
Rules are to be followed. People signed contracts where they commited to things, they have to follow. Thinking someone is famous or rich means they can get over the rules is the recipe for a shitstorm.
same
When you watch other regions play, it's like watching a tv show. They tell stories, they have production value to spice up the broadcast, they pump up the audience, and they get genuinely excited for the crazy moments that happen in the games and after. LCS is basically a bunch of lazy kids having a book reading followed by 30 minutes of farming simulator. It's the sad and absolute truth and I wish they could just take the L for sake of realizing a need for change.
The difference is that there no third party involved with the LCS, RIOT does everything it feels they want monopolize their esport scene rather let it grow. LCK and LPL have massive backing from third party the LCS has nothing
League will never be a popular e-sport for Americans cuz there ain't enough shooting and killing.
Korea has many stars outside of faker. Omer, shoemaker, peanut, deft, core jk, etc. but it’s difficult for NA. Maybe a few outside of bjerg and DL but that’s it. It doesn’t go beyond that. LCS just needs to do better when it comes to all around production and story lining. EU is a good example of a league revamp
Because NA gives zero fucks about skill, they only care about brands and money.
its cause na is full with a bunch of snowflakes who dont know what it takes to compete.
dl is a prime example of it. if words can make na players cry then they dont deserve to be winners.
ah, renowned shoemaker
@@imop5866 I wonder if the STIG from top gear is any good at lol
@@imop5866 my damn auto correct messed up a few names 😂😭
My honest question: how many people start the stream, then minimize it for the in game rewards? Even the current numbers are higher than actual viewers invested in the LCS.
even mroe fun is that cblol have more veiwers on twitch llike 90% of the time
My problem with the LCS is the constant revolving door of talent. Players get switched out like changing underwear, and it’s rarely NA players that get the new spots. Why should I watch a region that barely represents the playerbase I play in? Especially when the level of play in that region is so poor.
Tbh if LS was still in there... that shit was hype.
hes annoying but those comps... made me think i could coach. give the plebs hope, RIOT
Facts. LS casting while similar to papasmithy in his critical analysis got down to the point. Question the plays, examine the macro, LS was all over the drafts and brought some hype to the team fights
From my personal experience, my friends and I were pretty consistent viewers of most weekly LCS games from 2018 through early 2021, but have stopped investing as much in LCS over the last year. I would personally agree that there is currently a lack of interesting story lines and players, along with My lacking confidence that LCS will ever able to be competitive on an international stage
Spot on agree. And I have no old Man bias either because I didn’t start watching until season 8/9. The product just feels a bit empty and always comes right after LEC which is higher quality content and a stronger league
I'm my own opinion, League as an e-sport has been declining for a while at least in the quality of the games since the early years. Nothing really can beat the years when there were 3rd party tournaments and teams didn't play a bunch of games against each other optimizing out any sort of surprises or tactics.
Riot has this obsession in making the game like an NBA season + playoffs format and it's awful. Its literally the same, you watch the Warriors or the Bucks tear people up in the regular season, why would you think anyone else could win?
To be fair it worked okay for a while when the metas weren't so punishing and forced teams to fight each other but now it's obviously awful. I much rather watch CS:GO Dota or Smash over the LCS at least.
@@cykablyat1466 LCK play all week almost... 4 teams a Night. best of 3 the LCS is just boring, i stay up to watch the LCK at less the first game and maybe 1 game of the second.. depending. LCS is just Subpar Amateurs and LCK,LPL,LEC are Pro's.
I once was on the side of watching LCS, but took a chance one day and watched the LPL. The difference between game play just took me away entirely.
I was a big time doublelift and league fan, been watching LCS since season 1. I kept watching LCS because of Doublelift and when he finally retired from league, I too lost every interest in LCS and league in general.
Im more surprised about the fact that he was sitting all this time
if NA performed better internationally i belive it would make the teams that performed more interesting to watch in the regular season, i would also that this would make specific players more interesting to watch and be fans of
This isn't happening to just League of Legends this disinterest in professional play is happening across the board throughout very many games. It's because reality set in and players now know unless you're extremely good you're not going to be a famous pro player. This literally happened to the music scene during the early 2008-2016 where people were trying to make bands but found out that shit doesn't pay the bills and it's RARE to become famous. Plus amateur games are just more fun to watch because usually the personalities playing at a normal level are more fun to watch than a lot of ego driven pro players.
It's because of franchising no one cares about winning anymore
Think it also has to do with a broad toxic culture problem that tend to develop around the esport games. I genuinely enjoyed the gameplay of DOTA 2 when I used to play it and that subsequently got me intrested in watching the pro scene, but when you have shit happen to you like having multiple of your initial ranking matches with throwing literal neo nazis, you start to sour on the game. And after I stopped playing, I stopped having as much of a intrest in watching the pro scene. Got no clue how to fix the problem but it's not sustainable for Riot to continue to have it poster child game be considered one of the most toxic games
I don't know if financial incentives is the issue, e-sports makes a ton more money today than they have many years in the past, people used to do this for literally pennies. Although if you have a good following in NA, there's not really a good reason why you would go through the trouble of moving to a team house, playing/practicing nonstop with random players on a B tier team when you could have a long streaming career. It's just brutal how short of a career/chance you get in this game. Only the best of the best can last more than a few years before either burning out or being benched for someone else.
Ive been playing LoL since second season. Not much ranked at start but a little more later on soon giving up due to toxic players. Ive watched it since 2nd "worlds" and at the time I knew that THIS was the start of something new and exciting. Personally I think that its just gotten a bit old and with Korea added into the mix and NA plus EU not having the same levels of game play as them (although there has been flashes of greatness) it feels like the region I live in and have cheered on for so long is goin out with a wimper. I remember watching a worlds where each game was 25 mins in a best of 3 and it was over in 2 games.... previous worlds had 35 to 40 min games and it went all 3 games and it was like "Holy hell! That was a burner of a game!" but those two 25 min games made me go "Wow... Im glad I watched on twitch and not paid for a seat". At that moment I knew my region was toast. I love how much thought other regions put in to the game making every gank feel like a SEAL team plan and execution of said plan but watching your region take the hit every time makes it hard to watch LCS knowing it means nothing in worlds.
You know what would be a really crazy story that would bring views is if someone like LS became a head coach or something... That would be pretty lit.
My big problem with LCS is the same I had for a lot of Overwatch and various other esports, and it was on that survey list. Not a ton of homegrown talent. So often it seems like even NA teams just import the best players anyway, which is great for competition but I really want someone to root for. It's why I liked old TSM and OddOne, who was a local from here. Instantly rooted for them.
As someone who doesn't follow league at all, only watching streamers play it from time to time. I had no idea who DoubleLift was going into the tourneyment but after it seeing all this happen just proves the point all the players have when they say league is the most toxic place to play and that the lcs is dying.
Even if it was technically a breech of rules, Riot is getting mud on their noses as it's never good when criticism is retaliated against.
From what I gather LCS has little going for it; success in big things, storyline, representation, etc. Possibly even the overly sanitized vibe.
Letting a player play in a charity thing might have shaken things up.
Also a reminder of another company that overmanaged things: Blizzard and SC2. They just nearly killed the RTS genre
I used to watch every single game in the LCS and LEC, now I tune in for C9 and EG games but that's about it.
LCS just needs a breakthrough on an international stage like win at least one trophy, be it MSI or Worlds. Or at least any other NA org other than C9 to make it past group stage lol.
I watch LEC because they have actually good teams, LCS is a consistent clown fiesta I watched both splits last year quality is dramatically lower then LEC
*Back in my day post* Teams were so different, not focusing on gameplay here but it terms of personality.. TSM has their own style... CLG, Curse and can't forget the DIG crew of old... so even when the games were bad to watch.. we still stuck around for the post game interviews and comments .. we connected with everything in the scene. They orgs, the players, the shoutcasters, the color commentators etc. almost everyone... now.. maybe just 4 players you like. and thats it
As stupid as the decision was by Riot, Doublelift technically did break pre established rules so it is understandable why they did it.
doublelift was in a privileged position and talked shit about the guys giving him handouts.
you dont bite the hand that feeds you. its basic human nature.

regardless of the content of the video this guy's skin is flawless today
Danny wasn't standing this whole time :O
No, yeah, Danny and Jojo with EG got me into watching league when I watched MSI, and learned about the story behind the team, by chance. But that's the problem, I stumbled into it BY CHANCE, riot has done little to nothing to capitalize on the actual interesting storylines that exist.
"The first step toward solving a problem is to admit it"
When you have time to show tweets mid games you know it’s bad.
This is why I like Dota better as a spectator.
More action.
Kills don’t mean the game is super skewed to the side that got a kill.
Buybacks make things super interesting.
Team fights don’t take 5 seconds.
There are some game changing skills like black hole or chronosphere
There was one year where there were more kills in a SINGLE GAME at TI than there were in an ENTIRE DAY of worlds.
Think about that for a while and tell me that league is more interesting to watch
This 100% after playing both games for years. It’s so hard to watch pro league after just 1 series. And the champion pool for every role is so small in pro play as to what is actually picked.
@Kyon for those who have almost no attention span cause there is nothing to watch 😂
Dota more interesting 100%
@Kyon Dota is way more interesting, its super complex and macro based.
@Kyon We don't need to say it on a Dota video cause the people watching it already know it's interesting. Think and try again.
I can't believe he's actually sitting down in these videos
Love the Abbedagge easter egg in the back!
So this is similar to the PGA restricting golfers from LIV tourney play. LCS is scared of a different event happening that they aren't getting their grubby hands in any of the pot.
Doublelift may be onto something, LCS may be dying. Mr. Beast could be a person to help revive the LCS, or just completely destroy it by starting a 3rd party "league", if that's possible.
Calling it out that the thumbnail might change again
Did it?
holy shit i always thought he stood up...
The game has been steadily getting worse every single patch for the last 2 years, it’s no surprise at all to me that competitive scene took a hit. Tyler summed it up perfectly tbh
What about the LEC? They seem to be suffering a massive viewership drop after MSI as well
how dare you break my reality with danny sitting the whole time throughout these videos
I have literally never watched a full game of LoL, but here I am still watching this and listening to the drama lmao
The best story out of NA LCS recently was the drama surrounding Reginald, and honestly that flashes back to a time where LCS was hype. Regi may be a piece of shit but his name represents the competitiveness of early LCS, and that shit was hype. That was before NA started a long string of embarrassment at world and because of that it’s always feel like the league is less interesting. I remember when Korean league was young, they win by superior team fighting skills and constantly have actions on the map, meanwhile the NA league was doing so much strategising that it became boring, there was a distinctively difference watching games from both leagues. But then everyone started copying the Korean meta and everything became homogeneous.
Just sayin', I reckon of LS was still C9's coach LCS would've gained viewership rather than lose it. The few games where LS was coaching had incredible viewship and (imo) were very entertaining.
The craziest part of this video was that he wasnt standing
Just curious as to why Danny is facing right all the time in his videos. Is it just a table setup or is that his best camera angle? Hehe.
What's LCS?
I only watch worlds so i wish they tried to make it more engaging to make people like myself interested in watching normal lcs games
How is this not surprising? They came out saying that there's no issues with current state of newly released champions in order to shrug it under the rug.
Holy he was sitting the whole time!
As much as it pains me, I would rather watch LCK or LPL over LCS. I can get some high-level plays plus a good dose of clown fiestas and BMs sometimes.
Of course the caviat though is I get to watch some boring matches, but its better than what LCS is doing rn.
Honestly, I've been more interested in VCT than LCS. I used to watch LCS live, and now I pretty much never do. There's a lot of downtime - the meta isn't really exciting. I'll sometimes catch up by going on the lcs esports page and watching/skimming the vods of the games I'd want to see. Which right now is only C9 games and EG. I like jojo's gameplay, though I'm not exactly a fan of his attitude - but hey, I'm here to be entertained, right?
In what world is 4.4k people not a large enough sample size? Statistically you shouldn't need more than 100 to be pretty sure it's going to be reasonably representative, having over 1000 is generally considered than overkill for something like this.
Depending on the total amount and topic, it can easily not be enough
People have been saying LCS has been dying since 2017 so im not too sure
I would much rather watch anything related to the lck than the lcs rn. While the lack as a stigma for long boring scaling games, and there are plenty of those, the top teams are having some crazy games. Also the lck seems to be improving as a region now that DRX and T1 are going for weird off meta or niche builds or champs to break that comfort that the lck as struggled from for so long now. Its just an exciting time to watch the lck whereas I have no motivation to watch the lcs at the moment.
Wait so in what games is the NA scene thriving in? I normally watch cs so… yh
Back when NA super teams existed and C9 would always make worlds miraculously with gauntlet and this and that, today there’s nothing. I don’t even know 90% of the people who are playing they seem to get swapped so quickly
In the golden years of LCS, teams all felt like megastars, like every team could legitimately make Worlds with Curse, C9, TSM and many others.
Now everyone knows for years that LCS is worthless.
I used to tune in every weekend to watch lcs matches but I don't think I watched a match in like 2 years. Most of my favorite players are gone and the games are just dull and league matches are just to slow now. I do like the Koren matches though cause I have seen crazy picks
I used to tune in to all the games, but the TSM/CLG rivalry back in the day was *Chefs kiss*. I miss those days.
I think that the problem is while the LCS just keeps chugging along like nothing is wrong. LEC has a bunch of fun and really hype content. LCK and LPL have a lot of really entertaining games which are full of sick plays and stuff. LCS doesnt have that nor does it have the trash talking players of old. So in a way it is dying because the people in it have kind of become stale. They can't just shit talk like DL in his olden days. There's no real new content with the LCS team. Its just straight facts and discussions about days and stuff. LCS should take a lesson from LEC cause their content is straight fire
No trash talking? Jojopeyon , vulcan , fudge etc are all trashtalking , maybe people have grown up and not that interested in it anymore + the time that it has EU before it and people get tired etc .
yah, i agree, people watch the big games and games that matter. The regular season just ain't that fun anymore. It's kind of like the NBA issue. I think it's just what sports will inevitably have to go through.
i watched the finals regularly and thats about it... last i watched was 2018, i dont even know a single NA player
These days I am not watching any pro league games, but back when I was watching EU and NA I always felt NA was memeworthy.
LPL and LCK have huge younger fan bases to the point where they have to limit ages where individuals can go pro.
People want to see teams constantly fight it out and not farm for 20 minutes with poking each other. Riot need to speed up farming so people can fight more often
League about to turn into wild rift then, ahahahah
You can only really let him play if TL agree, he's on their contract and they're paying him (potentially millions).
Why should they just let him play in some random ass tournament unless they get compensated for it.
Even then teams don't really care if the LCS is dying because the spots and franchising is a scam and they're increasing in value despite all of this.
Besides that it's obvious incompetence too. You can't afford to make an enemy out of DL/Mr.Beast at this point either.
is dying cuz the game is dying
cuz Riot doesnt care about trolls/toxicity, amazing game, ruined by no bans
or the bans they do give, are not justified a lot of the time
and as shown here, dont you dare say otherwise.. sad
mainly talking about LAS, with corrupt staff, but from what i´ve seen with other accounts, doesnt change much in NA, etc
Never heard of MrBeast before.

If it was a 3rd party tournament for money(like before lcs was a thing or the IEM's) I would kinda understand Riot's decision here, but it was a fucking CHARITY tournament. It just seems to serve no purpose other than to make Riot look like they hate charity(unless it's one they organize). Although I can't really say I expect much different from the company that had that sexual harassment lawsuit against them. If they don't give a shit about their own employees why would they think differently about the players or the people that rely on charities.
Sorry but rules are rules, and there are contracts between the players and the organization that pays them, which them making exceptions could lead to an avalanche of grey areas that can be difficult for everyone involved.
@@guillermoduncan2060 rules are rules but if rules are stupid they get changed. That's how it's always been. And the contracts between the team and the player has nothing to do with this btw. Even if say TL said they supported Bjergsen to go play it means nothing because it's not up to them, it's up to riot because bjergsen is an LCS player. It's the same concept if you were to buy a ferrari. Where you aren't even allowed to change the colour of the vehicle unless they allow it even after it becomes your property.
Well, I'll have you know I was one of the people assuming you were standing 😅
personally I've just started watching competitive LCS in the past 2 years, so hearing that it's dying/dead is concerning. although i'm sure the golden years are behind itself, I think the LCS performs well for being one of the weaker regions in league competitive play. Personally I'm a huge fan of EG and how they have been performing in spring/summer and MSI.
10:10 whoa this dude can fucking FLY?
It so horrible that DL won't be able to co-stream an already dead viewership anyway
LCS just seems boring from an esports perspective, watching other regions or games the casters get to analyse the game and talk interesting stories, strats and ideas. Whenever I tune in to the LCS they aren't even talking about the game or are just echoing what happens, witch isn't only on the casters but is a by product of the games being clown fiestas. The only save is lifting the import rule cause no one want to see budget teams fight like monkeys with pool noodles.
Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
its not just because its too "toxic" but the players are more of "look at me getting penta" kinda stuff.
the new champs are also too overloaded with stuff that makes people more able to do this flashy plays stuff instead of work together.
so many people say it that champs been overloaded yet more come out this way.
i seen few of the new ones have like 4 passive of other champs into one.
so its unfair for older ones and its abit of the "we have to step up the stuff they have so they buy the new one"
its always the same. new champ is overloaded and OP then after month or 3 they get nerfs and more nerfs then a new champ is ready and people buy that one because thats the new overloaded one.
that can be done for a while but people get bored of just play the new one because thats the "OP" one.
Imagine your first strike being for cursing during a co-stream coming from a company that has budlight attached to everything is pushing. I can't even...
Budlight pays more than bad words
I used to be a huge NALCS fan watching every game, but I am so disenfranchised with the NA scene. I'd much rather watch EU or the LPL because the level of play is so much better overall and EU has way higher production values as a whole. Now, at best I'll watch a C9 game here and there and thats about it.
We all know you just stood on a small stepladder at the end.
Rules are rules. he was given rights and conditions. They didn't make an exception and we have to respect their consistency even if we disagree with the rule.
As somebody who's been watching and playing the game since season 1 the game is definitely in a bad spot from a viewer's perspective.
One there's so much of it to watch. If you want to keep up with what is happening in the Pro scene you need to watch three or four different regions play several splits over the course of the year keeping up with all of the various teams and franchises across all of the regions to understand what is happening is just more content than one person can consume.
2 I don't care about the teams or the players anymore. The ever rotating cast of players thanks to the new franchise model and League of Legends turning more and more into a traditional sport where players are bought traded and sold and only exist on a team for a year or so means that I just don't get attached to teams in the same way that I used to.
i wanted to try and follow lcs this year, but i just cant. its so incredibly boring for 30 minutes when team A gets soul and team B gets baron, they fight, one of them wins the teamfight and the game is over. its literally every single game
I’d sub if this channel covered esports and not TMZEESPORTS. Crazy to me how many young adults are so into the twitch streamer drama. Almost like they are into reality tv shows secretly
What is LCS?
You have good posture lol I always thought you were standing too
I'm very surprised people are still watching the League of Clowns Series (LCS).
Him taking it back and apologizing makes it worse, for LCS.
I don't even tune in for the big games. Legit don't care about LCS anymore. The problem is, for me, that I used to tune in to learn about the game, but the meta that the pros play at that high of a level is so far removed from what actually happens at my level, it's like watching a completely different game. And it's boring, T1 is right about it being 2 kills at 30 minutes. Very low kills because the game doesn't reward aggression at all it's so much better to play defensively.
This is why dota will always be more fun to watch. Down by 30kills and teams can still win. Not that i play dota or lol.
The funny thing to me about all this, I've only ever heard of Mr. Beast from Food Theory episodes and from this whole situation. xD I've never seen a single video of his or seen on shared in my circles. So iot's hard for me to relate to how big the guy is.
Hes one of the biggest youtubers if not the biggest. He's the guy that gives away a million dollars every other week or does fun little competitions with hundreds of thousands of dollars as prizes
10:10 omg he's taller than I imagined
Pandemic is a easy way to blame something going bad. How come pandemic can effect views. It should be opposite. People are stuck in their house and watching streams, lncluiding LCS.
They are making the point that the pandemic inflated the numbers from last years. So now since people are going out more the numbers will naturally decline.
It’s not all on riot that the LCS is dying, the players themselves are incentivized to scrim non stop live and breathe the game without them having time to grow their streams and grow their brands and personalities. Imagine trying to be an interesting player when it feels like every game has your career in the edge and you HAVE to preform all while by people shit on you and your region for being horrible compared to the other ones that have an even more unforgiving pro scene
yeah, i stop watching lcs long time ago. but i still watch doublelift videos on youtube. not only doublelift, maybe also dyrus, and other ex lol pro. Whether lcs is dying or not, i dont care. i play other games now.
issue is riot cant allow bjerg to play outside coz of investors, they will be violating the non compete, they'd probably want to let him play but investors will sue potentially. LCS has been a mistake from the start
There's a reason why people say NA is the retirement region and that the LCS is as close to a Wild Card region as you can get. NA hasn't cared about cool stories or rivalries in years, all the NA teams care about is the money, it's why they pay ridiculous sums for realistically washed up players who have a recognizable name.
Let us NEVER forget when Latin America was praised for doing better than NA a few years ago and TSM's infamous 0-6 Worlds run where all they did was embarrass the region by sucking hard, seemingly avoiding big plays on purpose [like Spica's massive 5 man sleep, to which TSM....did nothing] and proving that NA metas are complete garbage compared to KR's [in NA during that year, everyone had a ridiculous fear of Bjergsen's Zilean. The moment they got to Worlds, his Zilean was utterly USELESS because other regions don't play as cowardly and "play-obsessed" as NA].
No surprise-- Riot has either been apathetic or downright punishing on content creators. For a game that was essentially a dota mod and promoted to its heyday in s1,s2,s3 through a burst of league content on CZcams, it's incredibly ironic that Riot cracks down on the people actually showcasing the game. Riot loves shooting themselves in the foot. I'm convinced their lawyers think League is some super copyrightable product that is 100% original and uncritizable. Like all things they implement in this space, they'll realize this mistake themselves when the same mistake has been repeated 3 more times and it's 5 years in the future. LPP came years late; what a joke.
people is talking like LCS channel always had good numbers.... they NEVER had good numbers, the only moments they had good numbers was on regional finals or big events, but the channel was always like that, even when doublelift starred in the LCS, lets be honest
It’s about relativity, back in 2015 I remember 400k on a regular split game being pretty common. That’s not the case now. And it’s just gone down since then
"LCS is dying"
