This was the first football match I had ever watched with interest on TV. I watched only second half and when ROBIN VAN PERSIE scored the second for arsenal. His frustrated volley and the frustration on his face showed how passionate he was for the game. No sir, i didn't become united fan that day because of their spectacular victory. I became ARSENAL fan,
'because that was the team RVP played for.'

Imagine the reaction of Sir Alex Ferguson when he saw the Arsenal lineup after a few weeks of preparation for this game. Wenger totally disrespected Man Utd by sending kids to play against Utd away. Man Utd showed no respect after that. I still got friends hating United for that. I still say Arsenal was disrespectful.
Wenger had no choice, everybody was injured. Jenkinson was practically playing his debut that day at the age of 19, with zero protection, no wonder he got sent off, i felt a bit sorry for him......and Rosicky was playing!!! Plymouth Argyle would have battered them.
