@@anonymouse527 the open and shut way that the Seattle police department handled Kurt's murder despite all the evidence of foul play kinda makes it obvious they have no intention of reopening his case or questioning Courtney about the statements made by El Duce and his subsequent accidental death a year later, or her handwriting practice paper matching the handwriting found in the suicide part of Kurt's retirement letter, or the smudged fingerprints being the only ones on his rifle in the police photos, the triple lethal dose of morphine in his blood found postmortem, or her guitar player's role in her bass player's subsequent overdose, or the whole slew of other loose ends surrounding his death (murder) I doubt either Kurt Cobain or Chris Cornell will get justice for their murders.

What’s not to love. Although extremely difficult to choose favorite Nirvana songs, cuz every single one hit me straight in the heart. But I can say for certain Drain You is in my Top 5.
It’s astounding how many amazing and unique melodies of songs Kurt created and in such a short amount of time. From the recording of Bleach to the day he died was only a 5 year period and he wrote all that great music, not to mention how young he was too. From 23 years old to 27 years old, so wild. Plus he managed to do all this while battling a heroin addiction. Can you imagine how much more great music we would have gotten had he not been poached by Courtney and then introduced to heroin by her as well. Not to mention he would still be alive because if he never met her he never would’ve had someone in his life who would go to the lengths of murdering him. The Seattle Police Department ruled his death a suicide before performing an autopsy and getting a toxicology report back. The chief medical examiner who photographed Kurt’s deceased body and handled his body was an old friend of Courtney Love and used to promote punk bands in Portland back when he was in College in the 80’s which is when he met Courtney and her boyfriend at the time, he and Courtney are even said to have been intimate with each other which is a huge conflict of interest even if they weren’t but he also happened to perform the medical examination of Hole bassist Kristen Pfaff who died from a mysterious overdose just months later as well. The last person to see Kristen Pfaff Alice in her apartment the night she overdosed (after having just gotten out of rehab in Minnesota and was on her way to start a new life after the horrible time spent in Hole) was none other than Hole guitarist and close friend of Courtney’s Eric Erlandson. He went up to her apartment at night with a bag of unknown contents and was seen leaving the complex 30 min later. He is also said to have been one of the last few people at the Cobain house in the few days Kurt was said to have left Exodus in Los Angeles and flown back home to Seattle before his death. Supposedly several people were involved in Kurt’s death and it comes down to a few simple reasons. 1. They were all junkies and I mean MAJOR junkies with drug habits of at least $300 per day (that’s back in 1994, even junkies with $40 per day habits today will do some vile shit to people around them if it means they can continue to use). 2. They were pissed at Kurt because he had not only told his lawyer Rosemary Carroll that he wanted Courtney removed from his Will and wanted a divorce immediately (which Courtney found out about, probably from Dylan Carlson who was also a junkie and pretended to be Kurt’s friend to Kurt and then pretended to be Courtney’s friend to Courtney but would play them both and score drugs for them both, but Kurt had also reached his limit with the non-stop touring and money machine Nirvana had become and needed a break and started canceling shows like Lollapalooza that would have made him and the management company 10 million dollars plus the remaining European Tour which he wanted out of and would have inevitably lost the label and management millions of dollars. And 3. The people who were around him at the time were financially taken care of for years following his untimely demise after Courtney was awarded the majority rights to the Nirvana catalog which became an even bigger money maker after his death and kept growing exponentially each year since to the tune of around $500 million at this point in 2024. So does it really seem far fetched that he didn’t kill himself? He was falling for Kristen Pfaff, wanted away from Courtney and her drug fiend associates, wanted to move to Scotland and continue writing music but instead he was outmaneuvered by a cunning sociopath who knew exactly how to sell his death as a suicide. Funny how his Rome overdose (or should I say the first attempt by Courtney to kill him by pouring a bunch of roofies in a champagne bottle for him to drink and fall into a coma) wasn’t regarded as a suicide attempt until after he was found dead and then Courtney started stating it in the media to get it in people’s subconscious. Or how the pictures she sent to have put in magazines of him after his death were of him posing with guns in his mouth. Or how she had the greenhouse immediately destroyed following his death because why? Perhaps it had more blood evidence that she didn’t want discovered in case there was in fact a struggle by Kurt and his offenders up in that greenhouse? Very suspicious and it’s amazing a real investigation still hasn’t been granted to this day on an American Icon. Plus his daughter gets to live her life thinking her dad killed himself instead of wanting to see her grow up.
It's a song about conjoined twins in utero. It's also a love song between the two. You can make it about toby vail of you want, but i doubt it was specifically about a girl. Song meanings often morph over time for the songwriter as well.
Hey there everyone I'm a huge Nirvana fan I agree with Kurt Cobain it is a great song to play on guitar but it is also one of my favorite songs to play over and over again and again I simply can't get enough of that song and I think it's one of my favorite songs ever recorded that I ever heard in my life and believe me I heard a lot of different songs in my life that was 8 years old really started getting into music yes I started listening to music back then. And that was over 30 years ago I mean it's been 30 years since Kurt Cobain dead April 5th 1994 r.i.p and that is why I did a tribute video this year on my channel. And this month I will be going to see my first Foo fighters concert yes that's weird to say considering I've been around since Nirvana and Foo fighters beginning but I never got the chance to see Nirvana live except for one time me my dad and my brother and some friends almost went to Springfield Mass show but my mom said No you can't go unfortunately Kurt died and for the Foo fighters I either couldn't find someone to go or was broke simply something just got in my way so I told myself I am definitely going this year at Fenway Park! 🏟️ I believe it will be great time and I can't wait enough said everyone have a great night that read this somewhat lengthy comment! lol 😃😆
Tobi Vail broke up with Kurt. That's why he wrote songs like Drain You and Lounge Act. She apparently saddled back up to him after Nevermind broke Nirvana, but by then, Courtney was in the picture
