I really liked this fight so I decided to make this video. As you can already guess if you look at my other video, I really like Hild as a character.

Imagine in the future being a manga reader and seeing this animated.
We used to hate Hild even though she was a product of Thorfinn's blind violence.
But after...THAT MOMENT in future events...the mere sight of Hild, even at this time, makes us cry and love her so much.
I actually love Hild's character the moment she appeared. I even thought that she had such a strong will to hold herself back in killing Thorfinn. Imagine, your entire family was killed, and you have one of the men responsible for their death literally in your crosshairs and you decide to spear him because he was begging for another chance. most people would have just killed Thorfinn right then and there, but not my best girl Hild.
I don't think anyone hated Hild
@@vvey4523 Idk it depends I guess. I would expect people who hate kid Thorfinn for being a loud annoying avenger type to not like her much bec we know Thorfinn is good now. But maybe the Vinland audience gets more mature by virtue of adoring S2 as much as the rest of us

What make hild hesitant to shoot is because that litle guy remind her to her father. if she shot him, it will make her as the same as the one who killed her father. This most terrified thing that she cant imagine to become because she was a pureheart girl

To admit the wrong doing one have done, is the bravest thing, not something that you can admire but non the lass
To do such a thing you need to pull all your will juat to say it ans belive me its hard
I feel like Thorfinn is going to end up dying at the end of the Manga...
Why? That would really just sabotage all of the careful writing and planning up until this point. Dying as a martyr would only prove that there is no way to truly live peacefully. To share the same fate as his father would just feel really cheap and hollow to me.
@@travisyee7278 Well he refuses to fight and kill, and theres people out there that arent like that. Like hild, Hild said she forgave him but i Think she might end up killing him, but not on purpose. I think thorfinn might get killed while trying to save someone.

Considering that the real Thorfinn went back to Greenland, I feel like the story would end up similar to Thor:Ragnarok, where everyone just left their home planet after it got destroyed. *"Asgard is not a place, it's a people."*
