I presume he has a 12-volt battery hidden inside the fan casing which runs the bottle wheel, the 12-volt DC fan, and the bulb feebly. you're thinking of the law of perpetual motion.. which yes is improbable. this is just the same general mechanism as a flywheel... it won't turn forever especially because of the magnet causeing extra friction. but it might turn in a inclosed space for a couple hours or so.

He didn't first show that there was nothing attached to the wheel or no belt drive attached, just to prove that the principles of gravity work from the contents of the water bottle, this is tricky.

The vertical momentum is the counter momentum of horizontal which makes that the wheel stays standing still.
Giving the wheel a rotation doesn't change that.
Show the wheel resting on an open frame - i.e. no hidden spaces - and let's see if it works with no external energy sources within 100 meters in any direction (except for the solid concrete). Don't attach a generator - which could work opposite - just show the naked wheel with the bottles - rotating in open bearings ;O)

В раме под колесом с бутылками вставить аккумулятор ( АКБ). Через трасформатор ( мимо обмоток трасформатора, создав иллюзию выводов проводов из трансформатора) пустить провода от АКБ. ТАКИМ ОБРАЗОМ - провода от АКБ, подводятся и к розетке и двигателю, мнимому генератору, от, якобы, посоединенному трасыорматору. Электродвигатель вращает колесо с бутылками, вращающихся вопреки законам физики, вентилятор вращается, лампочка светится.
Мозгогенератор работает ! Но зато сколько споров и комментарев из за белеберды !

Совершенно очевидно, что "генератор" крутит колесо, а не наоборот. Уже слышно жужжание моторчика, когда автор только устанавливает свою шарманку для демонстрации. В это время ремень проскальзывает на шкиве "генератора", т. к. маленький электромотор дает большие обороты, но не. в силах раскрутить массивное колесо. Но когда колесо уже раскручено так, что скорость ремня выравнивается с линейной скоростью маленького шкива, мотор оказывается способным поддерживать вращение.

Even if it would truly rotate all by itself, which i doubt, there's no way it would generate enough energy to power any of the devices attached here. In reality, the wheel is powered by the generator, not the other way around. Its an illusion.
i believe one thing u can make 1 small battery which u can recharge, move a big wheel with some of slow movement to max, untill 220, in a generator and then produce the 220 and use , but requires external help , but this could generate more than the 12 wolvs so be considerate!

No, it does not power electric fans and light bulbs, in fact it does not even really power itself. It runs on a tiny amount of power, while running it generates high voltage surges which can charge lead - acid batteries. It can run many days on a small 9 volt battery, while running on the small battery it can charge a few full size lead acid car batteries.
I think if you did it right you could keep switching batteries around and keep it running forever without any outside power while charging a lot of other batteries in the process.
