Swirls were mostly caused by traditional wool with barbs and compounds that gouged the surface to cut but couldnt finish well. Those barbs have now been removed, paint burns were caused by traditional solvent based compound's that once the solvent went away, so did all the other lubricants and bingo dry pad burn mark, we now have burnproof polishes. But yes random orbital is how i like to remove defects today however their still deadly if detailers let the pad overhang on and below a sharp edge on a panel. Your wools just need a dense eva foam interface layer so they last longer instead of PU foam which softens too much and warp. Thanks for massively evolving random orbital polishing rupes. Do more innovating and never settle on your achievements. Theres still a large gap in the polisher marketplace no one is filling, hopefully it will be as its sorely needed
