Both my HLR 15 & 21 stopped working after 1 hour of use. Very disappointing!

CAUTION with the washine machine method. Maybe because i used a front loader vs top loader, but gentle cycle, low spin and low heat completely destroyed my pads. Just stick to hand washing, not worth the risk.

Hmmmmm. Gloss was below 80 when you started. That's pretty low to me. Which means there was plenty of room for improvement on purpose. What will this polish do if gloss is around 95 already? Anything at all? Because I imagine this as a jeweling polish mainly. So can it bump up the gloss if it is already high or is one just wasting there time? I don't want to have to drop $500 on a gloss meter just to find out. So this video was not helpful at all. Seems like just a marketing video to me. I could have gotten that bump in gloss with a medium polish.

Rupes needs to get it's sh1t together. I am looking at description for Uno Pure and it says it has protection in it. The bottle says it does not and so does this video.

I purchased locally and got some questionable pads. The foam pads stated made in the USA and the packaging quality wasn’t the same as the microfiber pads made in Italy. Is this normal? Worried I got counterfeits.

My HLR21 lasted less than two hours of finishing work. There's a smell of burnt plastic. I am very disappointed with this polisher. Almost a thousand euros for trash. My LHR21 and LHR15 are practically immortal in comparison.

Hello I do alot of full flat and Polish with 1500 usually. I've been using my ruppes rotary but I've just got ruppes mark iii (21) can I flat and Polish with this or am I best sticking with the rotary

My new mark3 15 stalls so easy. If i spin the head should it spin around freely as mine sticks and doesn't spin around at all. I'm sure I've seen people on you tube have it spinning freely

So what are the rpm's for speeds 2, 3, and 4 for those that cannot afford of just cannot justify the high-dollar Rupe machine?
