  • Testing out the Maxx V2 vs the E-Maxx both in stock form. The are dimensionally identical.
    The E-Maxx is definitely the better handling rig, but the Maxx is faster an tougher so its really a toss up! For me though I would take the E-Maxx...

    I’ve been looking for this video. Just picked up a very lightly used emaxx, didn’t wanna spend 600 on a Maxx or something that’s newer, and have something to be able to handle brushless at some point. Though after watching this video maybe I will wait a bit longer…anyway great to see people still enjoying the OG emaxx. I also agree, from a Savage owner, my Tmaxx handles like an F1 car in comparison, so I’m glad that seems to carry to the E version as well, can’t wait to get it out for my first drive!

      Cool deal, yeah the drivetrain will handle brushless - 4s power just fine. 6s is really too much traxxas just made the brushless editions 6s to sell parts. A well driven 4s emaxx will put a huge grin on your face. Just don’t crash 🤣

    • @SuperFastRc
      @SuperFastRc  Před 2 lety +1

      E-maxx parts? Not really hard because they still make the T maxx and 75% of the parts are the same

      No, but for some reason the battery hold retainers (part 3928) are discontinued so you can build an emaxx entirely out of spare parts but you cant really secure your batteries unless you modify the chassis
