INGREDIENTS
4 bangus belly fillets
3/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons margarine
salt
cracked black pepper
cooking oil

Ito na lang boneless bangus ang available sa freezer ko & buti at tamang tama saw this recipe of bangus ala pobre of chef tatung! Easy to make & the butter garlic sauce made it extra special! Simpol to make but soshal!

Parang salpicao pala din to. Except lalagay is oyster sauce instead of Worcestersthire sauce. And maglalagay ng Calamansi.
