Salpicao is a classic beef dish served at Spanish restaurants.It features a tender meat glistening in rich oil and loaded with garlic. This time around, recreate the same exact flavors of that loveable dish without having to spend too much. This recipe features chicken, which is more economical. That also means you can enjoy this every day and even pack it for your family’s lunch baon. Take note: You’ll need extra loads of rice to pair with this dish. INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken breast
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup mushroom
2 green finger chilies (siling pangsigang)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white sugar
parsley, for garnish

Everyday i find it hard to think of what i will cook for my children that they will love. I tried this Chicken Salpicao. And they actually loved it. Even my son asked "Mama anong luto ung chicken? Ang sarap!". Something new na nagustuhan ng mga anak at madaling lutuin. Ngyon hindi na problema skin ung ulam dahil ka partner ko na si SIMPOL.
kapatid manood ka naman sa palabas ko..para di mabasura.tapos kulayan mo bahay ko.gawin ko din sau..di ako nag iiwan
