Thanks to Bernard Troncale!!! There are festivals like this in the North and Western States thanks to SPAH. We think the Heart of the South Festival was unique for the Southern States. It was not a competition it was a reunion of the family of harmonica artists from the tradition that is Southern Music. There will be another!
