I use:

Filling:
3 apples
juice of half a lemon
sugar 2 tablespoons
Dough:
2 eggs
sugar 5 tablespoons (120 grams)
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
vegetable oil 7 tablespoons (100 milliliters)
milk 3.3 tablespoons (50 milliliters)
flour 6 tablespoons (180 grams)
baking powder 2 teaspoons (10 grams)
jam or preserves (any, but preferably apple)
bake at 180°C(360F)/35 minutes
