- Guys here's my chicken liver recipe i usually serve it with any starch,pap,rice and also with bread in the morning as my breakfast
Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 250g of peri peri livers and normal livers
Onion & peppers
tsp of crushes garlic
tsp of carry powder(mild n spicy
Worcester source
tsp of steak and chops/chicken spice
tsp of paprika
tablespoon of tomato source
tsp of 6 gun grill spice
cooking oil
2grated tomato

If I may add small tip........ Make sure the livers are cleaned and no pieces of the gall bladder or stringy connective tissue are left in. It makes the dish bitter. Siyabonga sissi wam.
