I thought the same. His phone recordings should be subpoenaed and everything should be downloaded from the cloud and submitted to the court. I guarantee you he’s got a lot more on that phone/cloud than anyone knows about.

1:- Tom Sandoval kept telling people last season how much he's changed and grown since the "mistake" he made. Imo, you make a mistake ONCE and not on repeat for 10 months.
2:- At the reunion when Ariana was in tears saying she just wanted him gone from her life, Tom "cried" (AGAIN) and apologised (AGAIN), yet now he's suing Ariana with this ridiculous lawsuit. He himself he admitted that he grabbed Arianas phone the night she found put, and deleted the video.
Ariana says she only sent it to Rachel stating "you are dead to me" just before Tom took her phone. I believe her plus all that happened so quickly, she wouldn't have had time to send it to multiple people. Surely if she did lawyers and/or a P.I would've found records of her sending the video to people.

There is s no sue fellow castmates clause in their contracts. ALSO, Schmuck Sandoval committed a crime and cannot now use the fruits of his crime as a shield and a sword. Schmuck Sandoval and Ratchet Rachel appear to have a conflict of interest in the least. At worst Schmuck Sandoval and Ratchet Rachel are colliding by using different brothers to represent them.

Big facts. I don't like him or Rachel, but people are letting their emotions cloud what actually did happen. Ariana did show that video to others. It was in the first episode I believe. Other people have agreed with me. But of course if I were to try to find proof of that, it would be gone. Ariana is wrong for doing that.

Like millions of women I’ve been cheated on, I was lied to for 9 years. I move on , however I surely would not move on from someone sending naked videos of me without my permission. Goodness knows how long the chain is in this forwarding. People are not separating the issues here. True. It is hard to know who is telling the truth about the original recording because they are both such liars. But one thing that makes me lean towards Rachel not being aware of him making the recording is ‘typically’ (not saying never) if someone wants someone to have a recording of them they tend to make it themselves and send it to the other person. It being Tom who made the recording just makes me believe he chose to record the video. Just my personal opinion.

Lindsey moved on and Carl was irrelevant immediately and she has no feelings good or bad towards him. Yes he didn't cheat like Tom but she moved on Ataina hasn't.
