Locker charges are 200 to 300 for first 2 hours and they charge extra after 2 hours and it's safe as these lockers are of one of the shops who print photocopy and fill your forms. It's case of Delhi

Approving F1 visa doesn't mean that US is expecting you to stay in USA after studies.. All they expect is money paying to the US citizens during the time of study.
