  • Project management software is a dime a dozen. While you probably have one you already use, I wanted to share why I've been such a big fan of Basecamp for some many years, despite the fact that it "lacks" some features as compared to other project management tools out there.
Join me in this video where I explore my top three features of Basecamp, which you might consider a bit atypical. These features are what have helped me keep a handle on my inbox, keep projects on schedule, and allow clients to interact with the project in whatever capacity suits them.

Nice! Good insight into Basecamp, have always wondered what it was like.
I like the linking throughout - that’s something that Notion does really well that I love.

Nice! I didn’t realize they can do that too

    Super epic!
Does it cost more to add more clients?
What exactly -is- the Basecamp logo?
Can you set up configurations and then reuse them?

No cost to add clients! I think now a days their plans just charge for team members. My old legacy plan is flat rate.
Basecamp logo is like a mountain with a small dip that represents a base camp during summiting the mountain - right? lol.
Yes! There is a super powerful project "templates" system so you can add anything inside of them exactly as you want and then when you create a new project from a template, it generates all of that for you. Like even the ability to say "This to-do is due 2 weeks from now" which then dynamically generates based on the date you create the project
