What’s wrong with checking to make sure your looking your best, there’s not enough vanity around anymore, so you carry on doing what you do. You look as if your having a great time good for you!

I thought you said you were going to "bang some" which really set me wondering, until I realised it was the name of a town!!! Howled like a wolf for ages, really made my morning ... Those blue trousers from the charity shop with that longer black top look stunning on you. Thank you for taking the time on your holiday to do this vlog for us - really appreciate it. Hi Susie fabulous as always. I stayed in a place just like that brought back so many memories and fab that Dave Grohl stayed there too he’s my heartthrob. Gosh I sound old 😀 I hope you brought those trousers home they looked so nice and I would wear them with a long top too as being an older lady too my tummy is the same. I would love them. Lovely blog Suzi loved seeing Byron Bay and all your shopping etc and great to see you again. Looking slimmer as you said. I've been out and about a lot seen two good films "Plane" and"80 For Brady" worse film I have ever seen was "Tar" do not go and see that boring three hours! Saw the Tina Turner musical for the second time at the Aldwych day after she passed away very sad. and Fisherman's Friends which was great. Saw Frank Skinner gig he was great and my man Paul Chowdhry twice who is gorgeous and very clever and my favourite as I'm sure you realize! Bet you are happy to see your Jack after your holiday. It was a shame about your room, did you have a comfy bed though?.

Isn’t it a gorgeous beach, but it is winter hence the lack of people on it! It’s heaving in January. The bed was very comfy in the first place so, apart from the builders noise, I did sleep very well! Glad you liked the second place, never disappoints! ❤
Lovely to see the blog … shame I couldn’t have met you - I’m in Yamba a little over an hours drive south & it’s nothing to take a little trip up to Byron from here - or vice versa - you’d have loved Yamba’s beaches too! unfortunately I shattered my elbow so couldn’t drive for a while. Glad you had a good time. I’ve had lunch at the lighthouse cafe when you could drive close to the top of the hill. Is that Delvene Delaney in the photo at the end.

I did keep the Zara pants! Thank you. The coats shop were: Deja Vue, the first one made from Teddy Bear fur the second shop was the rather more pricey Island Luxe. Glad you liked. Hope you get one when you next visit Bangalow x

If you are escaping a British winter that just goes on and on, I would go in March, for the whole month and then you can look forward to Spring when you return! I’ve been during both months and loved March and April. The former still very hot and humid but cooling off nicely beginning of April xx
I don’t get your ‘love affair’ with Australia, Susie. I speak from living in Auz over a period of 10 years and visited most of the major cities; Byron Bay several times. It’s okay tho has nothing like Europe has to offer in every way. And a damn long tedious endless flight to get there. Just saying …. I do love your sojourns around this part of the country/world but Auz I’m sad to say doesn’t do it for me - as much as it’s a great country - The New World. Sorry Aussies, but I listened to plenty of negativity about England from Australians and New Zealanders here when I worked in London - never as good as ‘back home’! So why be here is what I used to think! Each to their own and it’s a great place for the young and adventurous:)
