Riding Causal Cascades

A series of events that causally follow each other I call a "causal cascade". Similar to a line of dominoes falling, the energy from one domino transfers to the next, then to the next, etcetera. But how does your mind cause your body to move at will if the molecules in your body are components of a causal cascade that follows the laws of physics?
