He said that he was glad he left because he had so much stuff he had to put down. But in an anniversary release interview w/Klaus he said that he did wish he had stayed for 1 tour of America. That was what was around the corner. But hey, that's in retrospect. He also said that he was big headed or full of himself at the time. But if you've listened to Earthquake which was his first release after he left you could definitely understand that they were going in different directions and he was inspired in a most powerful way. Still, I'm sure he wishes he could've waited just a little longer which would've enabled him to travel the promised land w/his old friends and bandmates. Uli's a great guy and an amazing guitarist. Thanks for the interview.
