I TRY ONE HALF DOSE INSTEAD OF TWO PILLS COLD NON DROWSY PILLS DURING DAYS . IT HELPS. BUT WOW WHAT MIGRAINES. SUMMER AND SPRING WORSE.
TRY NETTLE POT SALINE SOLUTION IS GREAT IN NOSE IS AWESOME TOO.
BETTER THAN JUST SPRAY OF SALINE SPRAY IN NOSE BOTTLE.
