I'm really enjoying your lessons. You really have Stone's style down pat. It sounds to me like Stone is playing a C/G instead of just a C. What do you think?
rconcha3 thanks very much mate, he’s got such an awesome rhythmic style! You know what I think you’re right. I had a look at some more vids just now and whilst stone spends most of his life with his back to the camera (cheers Stone!) I caught a snippet where he does play G in the bass too. It sounds almost too bottom heavy to me so I thought it was just a C but at the end of the tune he tends to just strum it out and I definitely see him playing C/G for that first chord. Nice one, well spotted! 🤘😀🤘
