Just leaves her crying with Hatter who isn't even restrained. He does this multiple times in Arkham city too. Save a doctor/nurse and just tell her to hide if anyone shows up. Pretty much leaver her on her own.
So Batman just left 'Alice' in there all by herself in the room with the guy who has scarred her life...The Mad Hatter...ok (but hat's off to Warner bros Montreal though as I thought that they really nailed the horror aspect of this whole mission.)

Panchito2454 Its a creative liberty they took. He's not really the mad hatter. He's a character based on the mad hatter who uses that as the name of his persona. Also in the books they weren't even friends he was rude was to Alice.

Always thought that when she was said in the end was because not only he mentally broke her but sexually assaulted her too. She's so angry with Batman even tho he saved her from Tatch.
The ending is the exact same as that part in Arkham City with Ras Al Ghul.

In my own opinion I feel like this wonderland sequences was better the the one in Arkham City But Slightly Worse then the Nightmare sequences in Arkham asylum.

If your referring to Blackgate as a mater of fact I did. Its 2D and plays like that of a side scroller it has some fairly great graphics and the story ain't so bad from what I remember.
I miss those criatives boss battles in arkham knight, there are removed from The game, in The Knight just one punch and you finish The enemy
