Tutaj najlepszy byłby układ Darlingtona z mniejszym tranzystorem jako pierwszym stopniem i dużo mniejszym prądem bazy. Here, the best solution would be a Darlington circuit with a smaller transistor as the first stage and a much lower base current. Or just a large Darlington transistor.

Muy buen y sencillo diseño, pero para fines educativos ya que para ser usado como fuente de laboratorio, así sea para un principiante tiene un par de defectos, Los 15 A. son el limite de corriente del semiconductor, o sea se lo haria trabajar al limite, no recondable, Ud. lo presenta como una fuente de 0 a 60 V. ahí va a tener un inconveniente serio, el limite de tension segun el fabricante del 2N3055 es de 50 V. alli tiene un problema serio, y Ud. no aclara en nigun momento que se trate de un equipo experimental o educativo, entonces se deduce que es una herramienta para laboratorio, Yo le recomendaria modificar los conductores del Colector y el Emisor y las pistas relacionadas, porque en cuanto comiencen a circular una corriente 15 amper por ellos, la resistividad propia de los conductores van a comenzar a generar perdidas termicas -calor- propio de la subdimension y aparejado no va a entregar los 60 volts ni de casualidad, amen de el riesgo quer los conductores y las pistas relacionadas se fundan, poco serio lo suyo amigo

Load on collector & emitter i used resistor for potentiometer safety only some mA pass through potentiometer to trigger base
