Cincinnati identifies empty properties that could be developed

A report by the city identified 48 sites with nearly 74 acres of undeveloped properties in 20 different neighborhoods. They are all along 24-hour Metro bus routes.

Well..I mean cmon...nice buildings won't change the culture in these areas...didn't three people just get shot there?.. and if they build these nice places who's gonna live there?.. not the people from the area...now we are gonna hear about gentrification...oh lord
