Today on the Egg Whisperer Show, I'm joined by Tiffany Stankewicz. Tiffany is an Endometrial Specialist and Senior Scientific Advisor at Igenomix. I'm so excited to have her on to explain the ERA, EMMA, and ALICE tests, collectively known as the EndomeTRIO test. Tiffany has over 10 years of clinical laboratory experience as an embryologist and is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysts (ABB) as a Technical Supervisor (TS) in both Embryology and Andrology.
The health of the endometrium plays an important role in providing a welcoming environment for embryo implantation and growth. During this informative discussion, we talk about endometrial health, endometrial receptivity, endometrial microbiome, pathogenic bacterium, and recurrent pregnancy loss.
Thank you for joining me, Tiffany.

I'm confused whether to do the test or not. Infertility tv put out a video and said the testing makes no difference to implantation and live pregnancy rates in comparison to those who didn't do the test

      Hello,
Do you know when you ovulate and how many days from the day of ovulation to your next period?
Do you get your period every month? If so how long is your cycle. It should be between 28-33 days.
How is your period like? It should be at least two days of full blood flow and gradually get lighter. Not too heavy where you have to change 4 pads or more. No spotting before your full flow. Spotting after the full flow is ok. Is it so painful to the point where you can't do anything but cry and lay in bed all day?
I use supplements, ate healthy, exercise, used ovulation strip, and plan my time with hubby accordingly and was successful in my pregnancy!
