    Well, the 29 is done, and what a wild ride it was. This kit went together without any drama whatsoever. I am quickly becoming a Model A fan. I will be doing the 30 Coupe soon. I want to thank everyone for all your support and kind words. I sure had fun coming up with new ideas for my crew.

    Wow! That's one of the best model car videos I've seem. It's so clear and easy to follow and finishes with two stunning vehicles. I love the still photos at the end - really sharp and kind of humorous too. You put a fantastic amount of work into the builds, the video and photos. Thanks so much for sharing all this and your enjoyment too!

      I know what you mean. There's a few different variations of the same thing from Revell too. . . I have 4 different kits that use just about all the same things. Here's a link to one that is like this one but also has the motorcycle fenders for the font and the bobbed fenders for the back. It's a fantastic kit too. www.amazon.com/Revell-85-4524-Ford-Roadster-Model/dp/B0B2WQLLPD/ref=sr_1_1?crid=11RYPOPGV4VLG&keywords=revell+roadster&qid=1694114420&sprefix=revell+roadster%2Caps%2C84&sr=8-1

    You have to be the model legend,you do the best detail i've seen here on you tube, and the lights,
    Dude you are the master of hiding things that you don't want seen
    I love your kits, all of mine are second hand and i have to take them apart and try to do them better than what they are, and sand them down the best i can but that old glue is hard to get off, and a lot of time parts break and that sucks
    But they are model cars and i get to work on them
    But you are the best, my 5 models wouldn't compare to any of yours
    Thank you for being on here, i love watching your videos they are awesome

    • @grandpamarkshobbies
      @grandpamarkshobbies  Před rokem

      Wow!!! Thank you very much. I've been doing this since the late 60's and have had my time doing second hand kits. Trust me working on those kits will make you a MUCH BETTER builder than doing them out of the box. It sure makes you think about what comes next, and how to fix what messes up. Keep on doing them like that as long as you can.

    The 29 turned out sweet. You said you wanted the 30 coupe. You may want to hunt around for the 32 sedan (Revell) . I believe it was issued back in 2015 or there abouts. It also is a great kit & will fit in nicely with your 29,30, & 32. I have that kit & can send you a pic of the box for reference, if you would like it.

You can always do a body like the one in the movie Christmas Story where the body was just sitting next to a fence slowly rusting out.
