- [For LumaFusion on iOS] Audio units are third-party plugins for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS that can be
used to process and/or analyze audio. To download an audio unit, visit the App Store and search for an Audio Unit Extension (AUv3) - but here are a few to start using today!
Note: Third-party audio units are external plugins for LumaFusion. Please consult each unit’s user guide for information on how to use it and troubleshoot any issues that may find.

Loving my Lumafusion journey :)
Great to hear!
Dolby On, please add this to lumafusion
LumaFusion supports import, editing and export of Dolby Vision Profile 8.4 files captured by the Apple iPhone 12 or 13. Shoot us a message if you've got any questions. lumatouch.co/support
Useful 💪🏽
Happy to help!
Yep!
👍
Well i love LumaFusion as someone just starting into it and a CZcams channel; no way am I playing for storyblocks, then these apps this 20$ and its the first recommend
There's no requirement at any point to activate the Storyblocks in-app purchase. You'll know if/when you need it, and it'll be there waiting for you. Thanks!
@@LumaTouch yeah your right! Just starting out new hard to know what to buy when
Thank you love that u reply
On MacOS LumaFusion, would it be possible to use VST plugins instead of these? Really want to use my VST compressors instead of audio unit apps.
Hi there, and thank you for the note. That wouldn't work in the current implementation (particularly given that VSTs are not an Apple native plug-in architecture), but I get why that would be useful, and I've written up a feature request for it.
I try to start with the cleanest audio possible so there’s less to do but you can almost always make it a bit better.
That's usually the best way to work. 👍
You guys have a recommend channel on who to watch to learn more on getting the tricks on the actual CZcams channel your watermarks are much different then say ones done by CZcamsrs for example adding the subscribe watermark I actually thought i could make me own but seems everyone uses the actual CZcams logo
You can grab the CZcams logo (plus learn how that company likes to have it used) on this page: czcams.com/users/howyoutubeworksresources/brand-resources/#logos-icons-and-colors
@@LumaTouch oh I thought after watching your video on branding I spent few hours making one ugh
But thanks for link!!!
Hi Luma my love! I use you on the M1 MacBook Air, will these work for me?
There aren't as many options but some will work. Please read this article for more details: lumatouch.clickhelp.co/articles/#!lumafusion-reference-guide-m1-publication/audio-unit-plug-ins
@@LumaTouch No worries at all Luna! Thank you for answering my question!
the plug-in icon is no where to be seen on my LF.
using ipad mini 3
Please send us a message so we can take a closer look and help. lumatouch.co/support
Cool! But what about a speedramptool for LF. ?
Speedramp is currently in development. Once it's complete, we'll have more info on a release date.
IPad Pro (2018). Downloaded Zero Reverb app. Does not show in LumaFusion as Available Source. 🤷🏼♂️
Make sure you open the app on it's own at least once. Also, try restarting and then checking to see if LumaFusion recognizes it. If not, please email support@luma-touch.com and we'll see what we can do to help.
Waiting for more practical speed ramp feature!!!
It's currently in development. 👍
@@LumaTouch estimated time release?
I am a 2021m1ipad proI don't know if I can use it?
You should be able to. If you have any issues, email support@luma-touch.com for assistance.
Hello, please is this possible on Android?
Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We sure understand the desire, but this feature relies on plug-in functionality that's not present in the Android system. At the moment, your best bet is to find standalone audio processing apps for the audio processing/FX you wish to apply, and round trip your audio thru there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The moment Android starts supporting plug-ins, we'll get this functionality in our app. Happy editing!
I think none of those Apps are compatible with an iMac, is it?
LumaFusion can run as an iPad app on Macs with Apple Silicon, so M1 and M2 right now.
@@LumaTouch i mean the Plug ins. Im using LumaFusion on my iMac and sometimes on my iPhone and i am very very happy with it. You are doing a fantastic Job. But im Talking about the App Plug ins which i ganz buy for an iMac, only for iPhone.
Sadly most AUv3 effects don’t seem to work, and just go silent when trying to apply them to the video.
We're happy to offer as much assistance as we can if you'd like to email support@luma-touch.com.
Same experience with me. Solved by editing audio in Garage Band, then importing back into LF
It would be great if there was an Android version of lumaFusion
Still in development, but we're on it. 👍
@@LumaTouch I wish there was an option to disable the track limit, even at the cost of performance when needed.
@@LumaTouch how much time it can take???
Is this fixed now? Just a crash-fest over the past year.
Sorry you're experiencing crashing issues. Please message support@luma-touch.com with more specifics so we can assist you.
@@LumaTouch took it to the forum when AU was launched. Reported along with a bunch of other folk. Hopefully fixed with new update. I’ve been too busy to want to go through testing again but will give it a try in the next few days.
Still crashes instantly.
