Therefore the ownership of the house cannot be recognized to the constructor, it belong to Israeli government (as the sovereignty of the land enounce). Therefore they have the full right to pass this house to an Israeli citizen.

I have to thank Jacob Fauci for single handedly bringing the truth of the occurrence to thousands of people, by saying the quiet part out loud.
An important part of that viral video was that it was a civilian saying the quiet part. A lot of people skapegoat the Israeli government, completely missing the fact that large portions of the stolen land gets given to the citizens. The citizens know they'll get given this land and as such the program gets massive support and participation from the citizens. It's a societal culture, not just the government, that is the problem. Jacob made that clear by not hiding that fact, as Israelis usually do.
