  • Healthy moonglet for an evening meal !
    Vegetables and moong is great combination & source of proteins too 😍
    Recipe;
    Ingredients;
    2 cups of moong dal soaked for 3 to 4 hours
    1/4 cup semolina/ rawa
    2 tablespoons of vegan curd
    2 to 3 green chillies
    1 inch of ginger
    2 to 3 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    A pinch of asafoetida
    A mix of vegetables including onions, carrots, beets & coriander (capsicums also if you like)
    1 tablespoon of oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Diced fresh coriander
    Salt to taste
    Method;
    Blend the moong dal(setting 1/4 cup aside)
    With the green chillies, ginger, garlic and pour batter into a vessel. Add in the semolina & curd. Stir and set aside for half an hour. Heat the pan. Brush some oil. Add all the veggies to the batter and mix. Add lemon juice & water to make it of dosa consistency. Pour a little on the pan. Brown it on both sides and eat with green coconut chutney 😋😋
