Thank the Lord that you are uploading these Phill, I skipped direct core work for many years watching bodybuilding a lot it helped me gain a lot of lean mass weighing aprox 230lbs at 6'2 but since I found ur channel it helped me strengthen my weaker points, obliques i skipped that because other people saying all that "aesthetic" bullshit. Fuck thin waists real powerfull men gotta have a treetrunk waist like Pavlovich. Obliques and all core muscles are not to be skipped if you a man, Phill giving us some of the best excersises for them. If you get in a situation where someone tests you, you will be thankfull having all this free knowledge and game. If i had big bread I would for sure choose Phill Daru as my coach. Im sure he knows much more heck why he has the best of the best under his wing đđđ

Now get 3 med balls balance hands on two and then a foot on the last, other leg held directly off floor in-line with with other. Now start your push ups and then swap the ball to the other leg to hit that side of core as well. Better give me a shout out when I see a video clip of you doing them!

I can explode to a jump out of single leg squats. Does that mean itâs useful for combat sports? I dunno tbh I donât train for combat sports. First comment was kind of a tongue in cheek joke so donât get Aggro boys.

Go back to watching bodybuilding videos. If Phill trained calves and delts everyday his physique would look insane sure. But that man is training for functional strength, not for useless mass and show. Thats like commenting bullshit on jon jones legs, they would both whoop ur ass easily.
