Welcome to Valle De Guadalupe, Mexico's premier wine region which just so happens to be 2 hours from San Diego. I'm going to show you some of the best places to stay, eat, and drink so you can make the most out of your trip.
Driving to Mexico is not as intimidating as you might think and this video will show you just how to do it. You’re going to need your passport, and cash (pesos) for the tolls and you’re good to go!
The unique Airbnb is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Valle De Guadalupe complete with a hot tub, rooftop, projector, and hammock net.
We ate our hearts out in some of the best restaurants in Valle De Guadalupe including a breakfast spot serving up slow cooked sheep and elote pancakes.
This is definitely the best road trip from San Diego for me.

Valle de Guadalupe is awesome! Better than Napa! Good wines, drinks, great gastronomy, every vineyard has it own “theme” an overall beautiful place!

Wondering the same thing, do you recommend going back to San Diego early in the morning?
Going back to San Diego is really easy but really long. Sunday usually being the worst day. It should take you between 1-2 hours of waiting time
