ADHD അഥവാ അററന്‍ഷന്‍ ഡെഫിസിറ്റ് ഹൈപ്പര്‍ ആക്ടീവിറ്റി ഡിസോര്‍ഡര്‍ എന്നത് പൊതുവേ കുട്ടികളില്‍ കണ്ടു വരുന്ന ഒരു ന്യൂറോ പ്രശ്‌നമാണ്. Neuro development disorder, ഗണത്തില്‍ പെടുത്താവുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്നവരിലും ഇത് കണ്ടു വരാം. കുട്ടികളില്‍ ഉള്ളിടത്തോളം ഇതിന്റെ ലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്നവരില്‍ കാണാറില്ല.

I'm 31 years old and I've been struggling with Attention deficiency since childhood but was not aware about it until I became an adult. During my school days(failed in many subjects), my teachers used to complain that I was not paying attention in classroom (now I know why). The only area where I still struggle(despite being an adult)is book reading. It is so hard for me to concentrate, focus and read a book. I have read very few books during my entire life. I dont think I can ever overcome that......😥

എന്റെ മോനും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു +2 ആയി ഇപ്പോഴും ഉണ്ട് ഒരുപാട് മാറി ആദ്യം മെഡിസിൻ കൊടുത്തു പിന്നെ കൊടുത്തില്ല , ഇവർക്ക് എന്തു ചെയ്യാനും ഭയകര ധൈര്യം ഉണ്ട് ഒരു പേടി ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയത്, ദേഷ്യം, പ്ലാനിങ് ഒക്കെ 👌🏻👌🏻അടിച്ചോ, ദേഷ്യം ഒന്നും നടക്കില്ല, സോപ്പിടൽ മാത്രം അങ്ങനെ ആണ് ഞാൻ ചെയ്യാറ് 🥰🥰
