- Stunning luxury Manhattan apartment in at a very affordable price! This studio is better than most luxury 1 bedrooms because the price is insanely good, and the unit has a separate kitchen and lots of closets. Would you live in a Manhattan luxury apartment like this or does this unit not have the old school charm and character NYC is known for? i think living here would be an absolute treat because this Murray Hill Luxury apartment has a roof deck and a gym that come with the building. I have absolutely no intention of living in NYC but I still really enjoy these videos
Same here!
I couldt afford it but i still love watching the videos for some reason
Same!
I just realized That.
Why is that?
Finally an apartment in NY that isn't a tiny little box, priced way too high. This is still small for my standards, but the amenities in the building make up for it. The building is really trying to put together a community, I like that very much.
I will flip like a politician in an election year...truer words are not spoken.
Lol yep đŻ
Maybe you should run for Council in NYC then....
I cracked up when he said that
đ it's business not personal...just business. At least he's honest!
đđđ€Ł
Thatâs the best kitchen Iâve ever seen in a studio. The 2bd would actually work well for a family with one or even two kids. You could separate out a play area in the living area. Itâs a great deal.
That studio is HUGE! Lots of room for a sleeping are, a loveseat style sofa, and a chair, as well as a work station and eating area! Bathroom is a good size, but that kitchen is massive, with lots of work surfaces if you enjoy cooking, and a ton of storage! If this is $1900/mth, that is incredible. The 2bed unit is lovely, but too big. I really like the studio.
Both apartments are Great. It's not a matter of which apartment is better, but which one you can afford. Love the amenities & the location. And once again, your tour of the neighborhood is just as entertaining as the apartment tour.
With a roommate, it's only a $200 difference. If $200 is a big deal to you, you should not be looking at apartments in that neighborhood. I don't think it's about affordability because neither apartment is affordable. I think it's about lifestyle. Do you want a roommate or don't you?
@@GApeech08 I totally agree. I did not see the rent of the 2nd unit listed.
@@robertharris4100 You save money with the amenities, as an Equinox Gym Membership is an easy $200+ a month!
$1900 is unaffordable? Sounds about right for Manhattan. maybe Oakland prices are starting to eclipse New York. Similar pricing to live in the hood around this way

Things you learn when watching cash
1. Medicine cabinets and sink sprayers are a yes
2. Dunkin donuts and starbucks are a no
3. Never leave without your lazer tape measure
4. MetroCard is like an American Express card; don't leave home without it.
you forgot about the chipotle
instablaster.
Things I've learnt
NY is hella expensive
weather is impressive
and sarcasm is not dead :)
I agree with all
I like the studio a lot. Seems like Murray Hill has some good deals. With all the amenities, I wouldnât mind the âless trendyâ area.
I can start my day. Got to see Cash go down the stairs!!! I actually like apartment one the best. Who wants room-mates? Thanks for the great video.
I really like both. The building itself with the amenities is more than worth it.
Thatâs the most 1 bedroom looking studio Iâve ever seen lol
I'd take the first apartment. Still cheaper to handle on your own than having to split the 2 bedroom price tag which will actually be much higher when you throw in the utilities
I actually like when he shows himself running down the stairs. Itâs what us true NYâs do. Ha!
Haha it gives me so much anxiety that heâs gonna fall everytime
It scares me to death every time I can see him rolling ass over elbows the entire way down....I look for his backpack like where's waldo
Truth!!!
That means you also get a cardio workout walking back up...
People go down stairs outside NY too, you know
The crappy coffee shade is real and intense but boy do I love it.
sherylintheraw------I am beginning to think Mr Cash loves Dunkin Donuts too. He is likely a ""Closet Lover "" of the delicious DD coffee and donuts and is trying to hide it.
So glad to hear truth about Starbucks - their coffee sucks.
Lol good itâs only gonna get worse
Kenâs ratings: Studio: A- Two-bedroom B-. No en-suite laundry? Thatâs disappointing in the studio, but unacceptable in the two bedroom at $4,400 a month. At that price, I donât want to schlep my dirty clothes downstairs. Kitchens are excellent, Bathrooms are excellent. But, sharing the two bedroom, each person would be paying more than the studio! Well, split it $2,500 for the larger bedroom and $1,900 for the other one. And thatâs probably fair... I think furniture placement might be awkward in the two bedroom. I would not rent a north facing apartment. The sun never shines into the apartment. South facing, you get sun coming in during the winter.
I made this video the day your Starbucks card came in the mail but i hadnât opened the mail yet
@@CashJordan I hope you got to use it!
@@kenlasky3904 great comeback!!!

Oh yeah Iâd flip
I almost rented in that building, but they don't accept online payments you need to write them physical checks monthly. Had no idea we are living in the 90s.
I dont live in NYC (hell I don't even live in the USA) but from what I've seen on this channel, that's a great price for that location, the amenities and the view(most important thing for me). So I guess such things were expected. I feel you tho
So write a check then. Geez!
@@Teddy31976 same logic of you paying for something you suggested to someone at some point
The price is incredibly cheap, there's laundry in the building, and the view is great-- for all of that, I am totally ok with writing checks!
@@ituesday24 I know right? He most likely couldn't afford it and that is his excuse!
OMG! Your restaurant/coffee shop reviews are too hilarious! Love both apartments. And the window views in the two apartments are wonderful!
The second apartment feels like THE TYPICAL AMERICAN ABODE. A small ranch style 2 bedroom layout that is found all across the country. Nice and familiar. The outdoor space and view with the glimpse of water make it pretty amazing.
All that and itâs in New York City, too!,,
Both apartments are terrific. "Charm" is nice but it can also come with antique plumbing, lots of stairs and critters if you're above a restaurant or food store.
i live 7 seas across from NYC but i am watching your videos just to defend Dunkinâ Donuts at any costs.
The humor has disproportionately increased with the number of uploads đ
Lol good
The studio is great, but that two bedroom rocked my world! It has EVERYTHING!!â€ïž
except a washer/dryer inside the condo
Wow, what fun dream material! Hard to say which of the two apartments is preferable. I know this: that building has good sport energy - it feels fun, kind and honest. I can see having the New York glamlife in the studio and the New York romance life in the two bedroom. Either way, walking to the window overlooking Manhattan sounds like living in a movie. đ
The return to â snobbery made my day . Plus both Apartments are great it is just a matter of what you can afford .
Everytime Cash thunders down those steps i get anxiety. My clumsy ass would be ending up taking up valuable hospital bed space if i even thought of doing that.
I'm getting anxiety because there's no Amazon packages on at the bottom of the stairs.....
LOL, lol, lol, lol, LOL.
I've just started watching these a few days ago but, lucky me, that means I have a lot more to see. I can't ever imagine going to NY but these, and you, are wonderful.
Both apartments are great and seem priced fairly reasonable. I love the pool table!
Iâve cleaned a few apartments in that building( Iâm a house cleaner) and those apartments are really spacious!! Thatâs first apartment is really affordable and great size especially the first apartment! They are both really nice!
I'm in this neighborhood and with this 2-week-old newborn, that 2BR is very appealing............. but looks like someone had the same idea and already rented it!
Walking Commuter! Cash, you have a fellow YTer watching you! Plus He knows A LOT about NYC neighborhoods. Congrats on the baby đ„łđ„ł
I miss my walk in closet in TX, I never thought it was a luxury to even _have_ a closet to begin with
I'd like to sneak a peak after the apartment is rented out . Be nice to see the 'lived in' look
Great studio , could actually buy a room divider and section off the bed area đđ»đđ» nice building , nice location , itâs all good .
I lived in that studio in Anthem in 2018-2020 and I loved it. Murray Hill isn't the most happening spot, but it's low key and that can be a good thing. Everyone at Anthem was absolutely the coolest and I can't recommend that place enough. I don't live in NYC anymore but I have the best memories of this studio. Thanks for making this video.
I was decorating that studio while watching the video. Love that space!
Cash, I've seen a out of videos like these but your creativity and humor are unparalleled. Keep doing you man!
OMG THE CLOSETS. I like both apartments.
I would go for the first apartment. Great amenities, doorman, lounge, roof deck, this is luxury.
Love your truth telling CashâŁïž
Just keep bringing it on and we will follow you đ
I worked in this area for years so it has sentimental value for me but those views
Are amazing, yikes!
The first apt is a great price considering,
And the amenities are sweet-
Thank you for showing us NY as you do,
âđŒstay wellâïž
I'm very early viewer to this medicine cabinet vlog. Another great one Cash đ
Haha
This is a tough call but for that price diff, Iâd go with my own space in the studio. But that master 2brm is slick. Ughhh. Decisions.
I personally don't like roommates so I would have to go with the studio. Although both apartments are very very nice.
I love that studio! I live in New Zealand, so no chance I'd live in it, but it's lovely. And the building amenities look great.
WOO-HOO! The neighborhood has Dunkin' Donuts AND Starbucks: a double-barrelled CASH BASH!
Great apartment, great views though the bathrooms have mirrors over the toilets which gives the wrong kind of views if you get my drift. Just looking out the windows of these apartments and seeing the changing light and sky would be free entertainment. The lounge area looks great with all those books; find a book and a chair by the window and a good time is ahead.
You are making me to rethink living in NYC! It has some amazing deals out there right now! I hope to stay like this for a while!
I just love CZcams, itâs the perfect platform for those that rambal on about anything just nonstop. If you know a person that loves to talk this is there job ...right here... CZcams.
Woah, talk about full circle! I used to always stay at the NY Budget Inn, a hostel, at 200 E 34th St, from ~2013 til 2016. It closed sometime in 2017 because the block was sold to a developer. Well guess these apartments are what took over. Thanks for sharing, Cash!
I loveeee the 2 bedroom. Wish I could afford it. Its so nice and clean inside. Amenities are great!
Huge, nice studio, good building, love the roof deck for $1900. If I had a reason to live in NYC, I would be on the phone right now.

FACTS
If he comes down there, take him to Dunkin Donuts. đ
What I would like to know is whats included in these prices and whats not. "$1900" by itself doesnt really mean anything where im from. Does it include gas, electricity, heating, wifi, parking space, service fees, additional taxes and so forth? Id like to see prices that reflect the actual cost of living.
@rottiefan I'm from NY and normally that's probably just rent and possibly use of the building amenities. New buildings you pay extra outside of rent for everything else except water.
The studio is hella nice considering what u normally show for that price. However in Dallas, that would be $500
@@eveutube07 sry I wasnât more clear. Dallas is known for its suburbs surrounding it. By Dallas I meant itâs DFW metroplex, so many great suburbs with great schools and cheap apartments with the price I listed above
Are you count college station.a suburb
I love both apartments, but since I'm single, I'll take the studio. It is small and cozy! Love it! Thanks Cash!
Iâm just binge ing all your videos đđŸđđŸđđŸđđŸđđŸđđŸ
Yeah, I think you can forget about that Duncan's sponsorship đ
Its dunkins
He blew that one about twenty videos ago đ
I would absolutely go for the apartment with the two bedrooms.... that balcony had me . The rooftop terrace was impressive .
Love the view from that balcony.
Great video as always, Cash! gotta love that breakfast bar in apartment 2!
This video is jam-packed with your signature understated hilarity, Cashew! I love both apartments - great kitchen and I definitely like the art-deco-meets-atomic-age curved counter in the bathrooms. Again, I seem to have missed the price of Door #2. For all the amenities, the first apartment is a flat out winner!
Thanks!
4400 door 2
Like the 2 bedroom best.Balconies are always a plus.Safer,&keep the summertime blues away...
That was a sweet studio. No question and for a good price considering the amenities like a health club! The 2 bedroom was nice, too, of course. Love your commentary! Classic and dry!†aaah back in the day, had a bf who lived in Murray Hill and I was on W 57th.
I like.....great view and plenty of light/space! Amenities look fab....good location....yep sheâs a beauty!
Your restaurant review is more fun to watch đ
these videos are nice to watch while folding laundry. So thank you for that :)
Both are great spaces, Cash! I like them but if I were to choose between these 2 I'd take the studio. No roommates for me!
Always fascinating how anyone can afford to live in NYC. If the point is the night life and amazing food and culture etc etc, seems either have to have five roommates, amazing job, several jobs, rich parents or just work so much you donât even get to experience the city.
Iâll happily be a tourist. I own a 4 bdrm, 3 bath thatâs over 3,000sq ft on a river and my mortgage is less than any roommate pays in NYC it seems. Wild. Iâd rather my day to day be cheap and not feel financial pressure and then be able to afford to see all the world on a whim versus afford to be able to walk across NYC like three times a month to do anything haha.
The whole video is the way you run down and open the door! Haha Love it! XD
My old neighborhood. That studio is a great deal! The two bedroom is really nice too, but it feels too expensive in today's market. I'm also loving Cash's humor during the intros -- he gets funnier with every video!
Both beautiful apartments but nothing beats having some outdoor space :)
Heyyy! Cash! Itâs great seeing videos of my neighborhood once again! I personally love midtown! Being a native from Brooklyn, Iâve lived in all four boroughs and no place has felt more enjoyable to live in area wise and apartment wise than midtown 34th St! Itâs great! Great videos!! Good seeing a building nearby me that I am interested in renting later down the line!
Im a sucker for city lights, if i can afford one of those i would probably rent the second one!
Same here about the city lights!! :D
@@Precious.Marketing theres something magical about city lights lol. Makes me calm!
Both apartments look wonderful. Number two is very gorgeous.
You had me at the "flip like a politician in an election year." :)
And ... how much was that 2 bedroom?
4400!
@@CashJordan Whoa, though in truth compared to pre-Covid days this is a 'good' price for the size!
@@CashJordan Wow, that's the price of one very nice car a year.. It's a no from me, besides roommates can't be counted on, they get married or could be slobs, not pay their share of the rent or utilities etc. Can you have a cat or two? I'd consider the studio if cats are allowed. Consider actually means no too, but the studio is better for the money. Do any of the windows open?
Studio is the best, for price and no hassle with roommates!
Those are nice. Iâd take the studio in a second.
I usually don't like studio apartments but I think this one is pretty good deal
The studio kitchen has more cabinets and counter space then I have seen in two bedroom apartments. Amazing.
I like the studio apartment best
Good video đč!
A+ + Studio đđŒ. But love a balcony!
I'll take the Studio apartment and make a room out of the extra living space. The 2 bedroom is pretty nice as well, but that $4400 a month hurts a lot
Cash Jordan, youâre fun to listen to as there is the info plus topical humor. đ
If Dunkin wants to sponsor your videos you will flip like a politician đđđđ
I am marathoning all your videos! I love them all!!! You are the vest Cash!
iâm guessing you filmed this right before the polar vortex blasted in
Great building and location. I like the 2nd unit better, but the first makes more sense for a single person.
Can you include total Sq feet for each apartment you tour? It would be really helpful.
I don't think he can add that fast đ€Ł
Both are great.. the first studio is good for 1 person and the second one is good for 2. Only missing the washer and dryers
Eating bon bons reading romance novel and watching this.
How did I miss this one???? This would be doable for a single person living downtown⊠the amenities are really nice.. Location,Location, PRICE!!!! This is perfectâŠ
Oh good someone else who doesn't like Starbucks!
I have a lot of respect for anyone that can live in such a small space , having never lived in anything smaller than 3000 square feet it would be quite the adjustment but , absolutely makes you prioritize your possessions. What passes for a bedroom in NYC would hardly be considered a sufficient walk-in closet in some places .
I just downsized from 3000 to 1500 and you wouldn't believe the amount of things that you probably are accumulating that you don't ever use or need.
Wow, must be nice. My last house was 1200 sqft, I am now looking to build a 560 sqft home.
@@springbrown9769 Iâm actually really interested lately in smaller spaces and the innovative use of space required . At some point Iâm thinking about downsizing as I donât need or use the square footage I currently have .
My family of 5 and I live in a 900 square foot home in California with 9 animals.
I love everything about that building as well as both apartments. My only concern is that, as a Native New Yorker, I know the good, bad, and ugly about the city. Looking at that building I wonder if tenant diversity is welcomed by the landlord as well as other tenants. That's a real concern someone, especially from out of town, needs to be aware of when looking for an apartment, unfortunately.
I've never been to New York, and your videos give me some idea what it's like...plus you are hilarious and I enjoy watching....thank you!
Im curious to know how much that âsmallâ membership fee is for the gym.
