Merci Kelli, oui tous ces livres que vous recommandez sont d'excellents livres. Je regrette qu'ils ne soient pas traduits en Français car ils auraient un grand succès. Mais malgré mon faible Anglais, j'en ai quelques uns, et je j'en commanderai d'autres. C' est si précieux ce que vous expliquez.
Merci aussi d'avoir montré vos anciens paysages.
Mais ils sont déjà fort jolis!
C 'est difficile, enfin pour moi, la peinture en plein air ou sur le vif. Je ne l'ai pas encore fait vraiment à l huile, mais j'en ai grande envie surtout après vous avoir écoutée.
C 'est donc un vrai bonheur de vous entendre ou de vous voir peindre car vous transmettez à chaque fois tout votre amour de la peinture. C 'est juste dynamisant et si généreusement offert à ceux qui aiment et ont besoin de peindre. C 'est une grande chance qui enrichit et qui illumine la vie. Merci d'avoir évoqué le plaisir d'être dans la nature et de savoir la regarder pour la peindre. Le fameux plein air! Même si c'est difficile parfois. Merci. MLS

No offense, but I have to laugh when folks speak of composition and design as the number 1 thing to consider when painting. Value and color are number 1 and 2 respectively. Composition, or placement is important but historically speaking means nothing at times.
