Heated Motorcycle Gloves Review - are they worth it?

I always struggle with cold hands when riding during winter, so this year I got a pair of Keis Heated Motorcycle Gloves with battery packs. They weren't cheap, but they came very highly recommended.
Now, having used them for several weeks, are these heated biker gloves worth the money?
