She instantly went unconscious and died few seconds later. The chiropractor used a "Y" strap to do neck manipulations and it went way wrong. He tore her wind pipe, artery and cerebral spinal fluid when he broke her neck in 3 spots. This started up an investigations by state local and federal agencies and medical groups. What they found out was these types of things happens frequently but not reported. What made this so bad is that this woman died right there on the spot. It further revealed she has several neck and back surgeries where discs were fused and she even had a metal rod and screws in her neck and he was cognizant to that fact but did it anyway.
