@user-sq7xr7yd3s EXACTLY...If you pay attention he always says what's politically correct for the topic at hand and women LOVE it. Also, the way he speaks in word salad is very much like a woman. A bunch of "next level" spaghetti comes from his mouth but the question never really gets a direct answer. He knows how women think, how they speak ,what they want to hear, and pulls those puppet strings...This shows first hand, in 4k an example of why men lie to women..Tell her what she wants to hear, exactly how she wants to hear it , throw a couple of fancy words in and BOOM 🐈🌊.

He just trying to be deep and as a man I’m calling this an perspective rooted in the lack of knowledge. Being female=feminine Male=masculine. His example made no sense. Being a good leader isn’t subjective to masculinity just like being emotionally inclined isn’t subjective to being feminine. Those two words are exclusive to gender. Alway have always will be. These aren’t societal norms. These words have definitions. He’s just making them mean what he wants. It’s like a woman trying to be a man. There is a reason kids act differently with there mom and dad. Tampons are feminine products aren’t they lbvs

Very intelligent thing he said, but he didn’t answer the question exactly, to me... Femininity in my opinion, isn’t her cooking & cleaning, making sandwiches & etc. I’d say It’s a very soft energy that is strong, it’s magnetic and women express it in various ways, I think men are naturally attracted to that. When a woman is in her feminine, I believe it gives a spark of inspiration in a man more than anything, and when a man is inspired he does amazing things.

I love his explanation of the nuances of feminine and masculine. But the question is are “men” more attracted to feminine women? Men in general, not him specifically a collective, or majority more attracted to… the answer is yes. We are, just like women are more attracted to masculine men. We shouldn’t have to try to figure out when and where she might show feminine aspects in her life. We will flock to the softer woman first hands down. How she looks, talks, walks, her essence and how she treats you is more pleasing to be around. Even if she’s a leader of men by day, by night take the hat off. You're absolutely spot on. Notice how all the the masculine , argumentative , aggressive , combative masculine black females agree with this nonsense. He's a smoother version of Derrick Jaxin telling females what they want to hear versus what they need to hear. I'm a big proponent of results, so with his example there should be more marriages , less single baby mommas within our communities, because most black females nowadays are masculine. They're not getting the results because plain and simple , most men don't want masculine females and most females don't want weak , docile , passive effeminate men.

As Blackamericans, we mostly see culture, politics and philosophy from the prism of the dominant white hegemony. Even when we discuss masculinity and feminiity, it is done through this gaze, which is also consistent with capitalism and Americanism. When I interact individuals from the Afrikan continent from Asis, their in-tact cultures describe describe and guide masculinity and feminity. And they don't make the exceptions, the rules.
The problem with some of these discussions, is that there is hardly any sociocultural and/or, sociopolitical analysis from a Black nationalist perspective. Meaning, we still want to be or possess the modern ideals of the West that defines manhood and womanhood. We are still 'Americanists' in our approach and understanding of masculinity and feminity, and that Americansim attitude has a financial price tag or sexual prowess attached to one's personhood.
Building or rebuilding Blackamerican communities must involve some analysis of who we want to be. Many still want to be "Black-white people..." Or, we claim Christianity or other religions and yet uphold values that are anti-Christan. So, who are we really?
We have to take steps to reconstitute Blackamerican culture; a culture that shapes and defines masculinity and feminity. It is sad, the religion of Islam has given me much more of sense of masculinity and feminiity, than what is expressed through Blackamerican culture. And what I have learned is that being truly masculine or feminine is understanding that one cannot do whatever they want to do. Modernism is obsessed with individualism and hyper-consumerism, and again, this is what unfortunately drives these "masculinity/feminiity..."convos. It is not based on cultural values, but marketing ones.
I do not knock the intent of these convos. But are these "masculinity/feminity..." conversations done with the intention of nation-building? Or, people just concerned with their own individual fantasies of what a feminie woman/masculine man looks like for them, and only them? See when you put a nation-building/community reconstruction emphasis on masculinity/feminity, everyone must know their roles within these constructs to ensure a maximum outcome. In individual relationships too, because of what has been established and practiced by the larger collective.

We act like he said something amazing or prophetic. Short answer is yes. Because i can guarentee hes not going for a woman that is 100% masculine and rough like a stud. Men love femininity. Opposites attract. Women have been feminine since the beginning of time. Just because a woman has masculine traits doesnt mean she isnt feminine. The bad thing is when those masculine traits outweighs the feminine. He sound like a politician here.
