The wheelchair man was a “friend” of the victim, he was taken into custody. People in the neighborhood tried to beat him up as police took him out of the NYCHA Straus Houses to an ambulance.

Its a normal day in that community. Tomorrow it will be some aspiring rapper killed over some “diss” in his lyrics. The day after it will be a kid in a stroller hit by a stray bullet.
