Kabaka Mutebi voices fears

The Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II is a worried man. His worries are rooted in the recently passed legislation on Cultural institutions. Breaking his silence for the first time on the contentious Cultural Leaders Act, the Kabaka told a gathering of 18 County chiefs at his Banda Palace that he feared for his Kingdom and throne.
