    Hi Cassie! I just found your videos and this is SO helpful, you have no idea. Do you have any other videos up where you paint the full side? I've been struggling with this with (a) making a mess and (2) not getting a full gloss effect and wondering if you had anything up already that I might have missed. Thank you!

      Hi Robyn! You can totally add a thin coat of polycrylic to the back to keep the paint from scratching! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️

    Hi loved this tutorial! you explained everything so well, I'm going to start off by making little circle keychains. Just had a quick question did you pay for those fonts separately? I have Cricut design space and can't find those fonts. and I loved them!

      Hi Nicolette! I would say to always make sample items if you can! It gives you practice at making that item and then you can take beautiful photos that will be original to your shop only! Thank you for watching! ❤️

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  Před rokem

      Hello! Yes, they are intended to be used as photo props for baby photos each month! They can also be used during pregnancy to document month by month! ❤️
      I’ve seen most people just lay them next to the baby and take a photo or have the baby hold it!

    When you paint - do you do multiple coats when you paint the whole round? If I do one or two, it looks good unless I hold it up to light and then you can see the brush strokes. Not sure If I should keep going until it is totally opaque? Also, if you get some paint on the edges...do you go back and scrape it off? Thank you for teaching! Your videos are so enjoyable.

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  Před rokem +2

      Thank you so much! ❤️ I usually do 2 coats! I also use really good, thick paint and that helps a lot too! I use the brands Folkart and Valspar. For the paint on the edges, I just use my fingernail or a sharp edge of scissors to gently knock off any paint there! I hope this helps!

    Hello I followed all of the instructions but once I attached all of the numbers and months and clicked make it, it’s saying that my image is too large and to either continue with a larger mat or cancel, but I tried following all of the measurements for the fonts correctly. Do you know why it’s doing that? Thank you

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  Před 5 měsíci

      Hi! You may need to move each of them closer together and click "attach" so that they will all stay in place when you're going to send it to the Cricut to cut. I put mine super close together to save on vinyl and it helps me cut more at one time! I hope this helps!
