For the Rainbow how can I keep the paint from getting on the edges?

I don’t because I am using permanent vinyl and the discs themselves are being used a small amount of times mainly for photos, however you can definitely seal the vinyl for added protection.

Flat is best and will go glossy once you seal

Love all your stuff, you make it look so easy and effortless. I’ve tried so many vinyls and have so many issues weeding or transfer tape that’s so sticky n after one use is all curled up and useless. What is that thing you stick to the discs to hold it to paint?

What’s that clip that’s holding the acrylic round?
I've made some of these with just names on them, but the names came off. Do you put some kind of sealer on them so yhe words don't come off. Love this tutorial
If you use permanent vinyl, you shouldn’t have to seal. You can use the mod Podge spray or Britetone,

Hello! Thanks for the video! I just started looking into buying a cricut printer. I noticed that you don’t use any sealing/setting spray over the designs transferred. Doesn’t it comes off if it gets scratched ? Do you apply something over to prevent it coming off ?
Permanent Vinyl usually stays on very well but sometimes I spray Triple Thick or Polyacrylic or Mod Podge over mine also if I’m concerned that it’s something that is going to get a lot of wear and tear.
As these props are for light use (mainly for monthly photos) you do not need to seal the vinyl if you use permanent. However you can definitely use the spray mod pose or britetone to seal it.

How long do you let your acrylics sit outdoors to dry after they’ve been sprayed with the mod podge?
20-30 minutes

Not sure off the top of my head, however the dimensions of the box are shown in the instructions PDF file included with the download.

You can spray a sealer over the vinyl not necessary though as the discs are photo props and not used alot

Hi what settings did you use in cricut design space? I did some and cut right through that some of the letters cut right off! I also tried less pressure
I use the premium vinyl setting with less pressure. Sometimes a new blade cuts through, with this I usually go into the settings and slide the pressure down to about 30.

Do you primarily use glossy vinyl as opposed to matte?
Yes I do, mainly because I seal with resin/mod Podge/Britetone and all give a glossy top coat.

Hello! Do you know where I can get different kinds of acrylic shapes? I’ve seen on Etsy flower shapes, heart shapes, butterflies acrylic designs but I have no idea where to find them online
They are probably cut out with a laser cutter (which I do myself). Amazon has a few popular shapes but I haven’t seen butterflies or different animal shapes.
I've never seen anyone spray with water before applying vinyl... I'm curious as to how they hold up. 🤔
The water method is very popular, it’s also how sign writers put vinyl on all shop windows. The vinyl stays exactly where it should be because you are removing the water once burnishing.
